Neubau mit Mängeln
Pros:

Positiv: ich habe gut geschlafen und hatte vom 5. Stock "a nice sea view". Negativ : sehr hellhörig, kein Lift, Ameisen im Zimmer, Bad nach dem Duschen komplett unter Wasser, kaum Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad, Bett knarrt, kein Lichtschalter am Bett, Zimmertelefon funktioniert nicht, kein Safe, kein Wasserkocher, es gibt zwar " native English speaking staff", aber das ist häufig nicht präsent.
