Nice place, Great location! Lacks touches to make it excellent, but adequate.
Pros:

Overall, this place worked well for us. The location is great and the area is nicer than further south. The Oasis (2-bedroom unit) has been nicely renovated. The bathrooms and kitchen were well done. Linens & towels were available and refreshed appropriately. Some basic amentities/toiletries are provided (all-in-one shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hair dryer, ironing board/iron) and the front office has a small store for purchase. The provided pay parking was pretty easy to find and cheaper than street parking (use it because the street parking is enforced!). A continental breakfast is included and consists of drinks, cereals, bagels, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt and some fruit. The staff was helpful and friendly. There were hangers and room to put your items/ suitcases. Beach towels are available, with an additional deposit, which was very helpful to us.

Cons:

It just felt that after the nice renovations, management decided to pinch pennies. For example, the included breakfast is a few blocks away, overcrowded for the space with outdoor seating (not covered so worthless in the rain), and hours are very short. You have to fetch kitchenware from the front office and carry it to the unit. The beds were saggy and pillows were only adequate. The unit sleeps 6 people, but there were only 3 chairs provided at the table and only a couch and one chair for relaxing.

Small improvements could take this rental to "outstanding": replace mattresses and pillows, provide kitchenware in the unit, add furniture, improve lighting, provide amenities such as coffee/tea and better toiletries. Maintenance needs to seal up exterior holes and window/doors to prevent pests.

Месторасположение превосходно , рядом в 5 минут такой чистый и красивый пляж . В номере очень сильно воняет сыростью , сервис каждый 3 дня . Кровати тоже не удобные . На ресепшене сидит женщина - у нее снега не выпросишь зимой, ничего нет и ничего она делать не будет . Есть не плохой завтрак - но там тоже сидит « ведьма « как будто мы к ней домой ходили кушать , вечно с недовольным лицом . Вообщем из за место расположения и некоторых сотрудников я поставила бы 5 из 10 .

fiz reserva para o oasis,o grupo tem outros hotéis,de nível e qualidade não tão bons,me colocaram nesse de qualidade inferior.
me cobraram uma diária muito mais cara do que o combinado com o booking,apesar te ter solicitado por dois dias,o booking me cobrou 380 pelo site por um dia e no hotel foi me cobrado 614,pelo segundo dia.

Cons:

There was little to no posting even with paying for a parking pass. The room advertised was a two bedroom unit, we were given a one bed room with two beds in the living room. The staff was rude and there was little to no space for us.

Parking was random and disorganized. Couches were dirty. Pull out bed had a bunch of missing springs. Blinds were broken. Floors were oily/sticky. Main beds were really squeaky. Pillows were not comfortable. Dining table was really wobbly, glass not connected to the legs. Only positive is that it is really close to the beach (walking distance).
