Pure Eleven Hotel Bangkok

ほとんど部屋の設備は整っており満足しましたが、シャワーの水圧が低く、心地悪さが残りました。
移動では、最寄り駅までちょっと遠いので、移動に公共交通機関を使う人にはお勧め出来ません。

There's buggy shuttle service from hotel to nearby Mrt station. Clean room and simple breakfast. Shopping centres and night markets are nearby.

Neues Hotel mit gutem Standard. Das Frühstück ist okay. In der Umgebung kann man viel unternehmen und die Metro ist nicht weit weg. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

It’s noisy from other tourists and the car from the road.

Sound insulation is very bad and the water pressure is not very good.

One good thing is the hotel is very near to bts and also city center area.

The people from the hotel are very friendly and helpful.

Overall the staff attitude is good and polite. However the room cleaning needs to improve, such as the bed sheet and duvet sheet, as it was dirt. Also, the toilet is smelly sometime.

The hotel is fairly new, spacious and clean.
Staff were friendly and helpful especially a young man (Heng) who was operating the buggy was very friendly and helpful.
Location was great, near many places (Pratunam, Central World etc…)
Overall, the stay was pleasant, highly recommend!

New hotel,nice staff. The room is very modern and clean. The wifi is perfect and the breakfast is tasty and diverse.
The hotel located in a quiet area and in about 4-5 minutes by walk to Platinum mall.
The only thing that deserves improvement is the water pressure in the shower

The hotel is not close to train station so it’s not convenient if you have heavy luggage unless you don’t mind paying for taxi to go from train station to hotel.

Wir hatten 2 Zimmer, welches mit einer Zwischentür verbunden war (Family QUAD).
Sehr praktisch für Familien. Die Räume waren sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich!
Zum Shoppen ist die Unterkunft sehr günstig gelegen; MBK Center, Siam Center oder CentralwOrld sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend umfangreich. Von asiatisch bis westlich war alles dabei. Bei Nachfrage wurden die leeren Behälter umgehend aufgefüllt.
Allerdings sind die Räume leider sehr hellhörig. Wir hatten das Glück keine lauten Zmmernachbarn auf dem Flur gehabt zu haben, aber man kann tatsächlich alles hören.
Man kann sein Gepäck im Hotel verwahren, wenn der Flug spät am Abend ist. Uns wurde sogar ein Transfer zum Flughafen zu einem fairen Preis angeboten. Der Fahrer hat uns sicher und äußerst ruhig durch den Verkehr in Bangkok zum Flughafen gebracht. Danke für die Gastfreundlichkeit und den tollen Service!

Love the buggy option that brings you to the bts and the main shopping areas - platinum and pratunum. Hotel room looks new. Was spacious as well. There was a mini bar fridge as well. Super satisfied with the property overall. Will come back again.
