Convenient and friendly staffs, but bathroom was a little bit dirty.

Like: It's really clean
Don't like:
No hand wash shop
No tissue in the room
Room stink due to non open of the window

Refuse my check in while I told my passport was hold in cruise ship. No alternative ID documents were allowed. Until my cruise ship excursion guide argued to the hotel manager in the phone call, they accepted my passport copy in my cellphone.

Very great location. Very big and spacious with minimalistic decor. We all loved it!

Breakfast menu is different daily and its delicious..
All Staff are friendly, kind and accomodating..
The rooms are huge and comfortable..
Safe and secure hotel..
My go-to hotel definately..

Convenient, easy access to the surrounding areas and foods

Hotel is near to Ratchaprarop station, walkable distance, can save on the transport expenses between airport and hotel.

Only thing is the aircon, maybe is the controller problem, the aircon is not cold, and the basin in the toilet is too low for adult use, the height is like design for young children.

Other than that, overall is good, room is big and comfortable, big TV with a lot of channel available(But can't switch language), walkable distance to Platinum Fashion Mall and Central Wolrd shopping mall.

The rooms were one of the most shockingly shoddy ones I’ve ever seen. He carpets were awful, paint peeling off the walls with mould and scale, musty odour in the room - almost unhygienic and inhospitable... overall, hugely disppointing. The staff were good especially the reception staff.
I was informed that only 2 floors were operating. Reno work from 9am to 6pm. So, no chance of being able to sleep-in during my stay.
Great location for shopping, etc.

People were excellent, location great, second time we stayed there in 6 Years. Still remember us and was willing to give discount. Hotel is older but clean. In process of upgrading. Showed us three model of rooms. After July 2018 should be excellent hotel

A very old hotel with all facilities go with its age.
Although the location is not bad but too torn down.
No kettle for hot water.
Very dim at the passageway.
The restaurant was always not in service and dark.
The morning breakfast only 3 tables of guests gathered and throughout our 3night stay we only met one guest family.
Night was very quiet and even dimmer in the hotel.

As soon has we walked into the hotel it was all about money sadly. The receptionist wasn't very helpful in answering any of my questions and was more concerned on retrieving 1000baht per room has if we were going to trash it or steal from a room which was dated with everything unplugged and bathroom with broken tiles! With saying that the hotel is in a prime position for the area, but be Warned the roads outside the hotel are dangerous with traffic coming all ways to get to the market.

I was amazing, easy to find halal food. And pratunam will be on renovation soon. So i would love to come back

Stayed this hotel before. Enjoy the location and room of the hotel. No complaint.

Location is alright, staff is in general helpfull. If one just need a place to stay, this is an ok hotel. Only so so...

Hotel old but room spacious. Many foods stalls outside hotel. Convenient location for shoppers.

The Hotel was nice, i stayed at the Royal President last year, which was a notch better than this. But this was pretty nice too. Breakfast is till 9:30 am only, which is a bit too early.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel overall can do with some upgrading, but otherwise I really enjoyed my stay.

Worst hotel we have been into in terms of cleanliness, smell every were in the Hotel.
Rooms were full of dirt and smell , corridor and room carpet is full of dirt and looks like very very old and dirty.
There were also bugs (cockroaches) in the hotel room.
The only good thing about hotel is location.
I don't want to say much about hotel but all I want to say is just avoid the hotel.

Hotel staff is so helpful, nice and friendly. I have make a list of place of attraction before my trip and when we check in, I've asked the reception staff if he can help me to group it according to the town/area. And great, it save us time and hassle of going round and round.
