El hotel en general es bonito , pero está muy retirado del aeropuerto no está tan cerca como uno cree . La habitación era muy caliente y el baño estaba en mal estado.
The hotel and staff are amazing. It’s a great place to stay if you are just going to the airport. Options walking distance from the hotel are scarce so we stocked up on supplies/snacks before going.
The only downside was it having hand soap available in room

The room is clean and useful , with cute slippers, a comfortable small sofa , nice view garden swimming pool and canal , the room has smart tv , i enjoyed staying here
The property is EXCELLENT, and I loved the hotel and my room. The kitchen staff and lobby staff were terrific. My only concern is that the location is isolated and it takes about 45 minutes to do anything in Manila - but if you want an isolated and quiet location... this location is IDEAL.
The property was nice and clean. Just very far from downtown Bangkok.

Sadly first pool i've been to that has been cold during my thailand travels.
Unfortunately had ants around coffee station in room.
Also had a cheeky lizard come out and run back into curtains!
Couldn't use balcony as had aircon machine on it, chair had been placed in front to deter from opening.
Ordered carbonara in the restaurant and came with chillies in, my lips were burning but the staff kindly made me a new one when i mentioned.
The hotel is pleasant enough and the rooms are very clean and tidy. The rooms are well equipped with nice size tv and reclining chair.
Its about a 20 minute trip to the airport in traffic.
I think the only disappointment was the breakfast which in no way caters for western tastes. If you like bacon, eggs and sausages then forget it.
Very Nice staff. However i felt the Hotel was not running as smoothly as you would expect. This is very likely because the hotel is very new and routines have not yet set.
For the price,the hotel was very good but the beds were hard as rock so by that point alone we’d probably go elsewhere next time.
The hotel charges 200 baht for a ride to the airport and taxie’s called by the hotel refuse to use their meters. They charge 300 baht.
You are isolated if you stay at this hotel without a car. There are no stores or restaurants within easy walking distance.
The hotel is new and it is clean and well maintained however but you are isolated there and the cost to the airport is excessive.

I will be totally honest here.
My 2nd visit as I needed to be close to BKK airport. The hotel is brand new. Very clean, great rooms, nice showers, amazing beds, and pillows.
If you don't need anything you will be fine. If you need to order, have any questions, Food delivery, grocery delivery, or anything g related that needs speaking English, you're in trouble
So positives, very clean, brand new and close to the airport. Also the pool looked great.
The issues:
Huge teething issues
No staff training or even the right staff. 90% of visitors are foreign as you would imagine. Noone speaks any English. No Google translate. Checking is painful, checkout even more painful. If you call from the room its impossible.
Now I'm no diva, just calling reception to ask for our luggage or if grab delivery has arrived. Mission impossible.
No AC around hotel. So it really humid. AC in rooms left off so takes 1 hour to cool. Unbelievably hot.
I landed at midnight so arrived at 1am. My booking on Agoda was confirmed for my days but they had wrong days. So I had to pay again. Just don't need this afte travel.
So after checking in at 1am I left at 13:00 the next day. Instead if telling me or calling when I checked out they chatged me the full rate whole day for 1 hour.
To me that's pretty bad in a hotel that's empty, brand new and looking at customer happiness.
So all the rest you can live with it's OK.
The last part on check out for me was u real.
This is a guy who is President for the 3rd largest hotel group in the world. Poor standards in my opinion. You just don't do that without notice or confirmation.
So just be aware. A comfortable stay for sure. But has its issues on customer service. Its just not there. I'm sure the staff have never worked in a hotel or hospitality before. Maybe a recruiting competency is hospitality exposure and speak some English
