Best Western Ratchada Hotel

This was a last minute booking as my original booking was unable to be fulfilled due to the room being water damaged.
The staff at Best Western are wonderful very helpful and friendly at the front desk would stay there again.
Shout out to the Wotif customer service lady who organized the emergency booking she was great. 👍👍👍

It was very nice the hotel.
But I felt that it’s a little old part.

周辺にたくさんのお店があって、本当に便利な場所にあります。

清掃で午後４時になっても清掃がしてないときあり、また タオルがセットしていない時あり

It was a good hotel. The service equivalent with the others. Very good if you travel with a friend.
Can still smell the cannabis smoke coming through the fan in our toilet , we don’t know if other rooms did but the control coming very quick when the smoke from the microwave come out after we burnt the bread, so they shoul know it when somebody do it in their room.

4 nights in Bangkok, for us the perfect location, close to Rama 9 great hotel and great street food in the neighbourhood

Comfortable bed, great air con, good shower. Friendly staff, 5 stars to PimPim on reception!

Great place and located close to everything you need👌worth the stay

Café da manhã bom, com poucas opções para o paladar brasileiro, a localização deixa muito a desejar, pois fica muito distante da região dos pontos turisticos (com trânsito 40-50 min).

O quarto tem uma boa cama, mas tem um pouco de umidade e cheira mofo.

Apesar de ter um bom custo benefício, acho que se pesquisar pode encontrar lugares com melhores condições.

Um ponto positivo é que o hotel fica próximo a um grande shopping e mercado.

A equipe do hotel é nota 10, são extremamente atenciosos e se precisar de ajuda com passeios em tem parceiras para transporte com um valor competitivo.

Lovely staff great location and a great start to thailand

This hotel was well priced and close enough to 2 MRT stations, both about a 15-minute walk away. However, note that parts of the walk to and from will be through busy streets with no sidewalks.

Our stay came with breakfast which was plentiful, with many (mostly Asian) options to choose from. The downside was that the food was just never hot, even very first thing in the morning.

生活機能方便，乾淨安全，舒適！

また次回も泊まりたいと思わせるホテルです。
つくりはシンプル。
部屋もキレイでそれなりに広い。ゴージャスさは全然ないけらど、
良い意味で日本のキレイなビジネスホテルといった感じ。

部屋（ホテル）にはアメニティは無いから、持ち込み必です。近くにセブンイレブンあるから困らないけれど。（ロビーでオーダーするともらえるのかな？そこは不明）

METROのラマ９の駅から徒歩８分くらいと、何処に行くにも出やすいけれど、
どこへ行くにも電車やタクシーを使う感じ。METROは１２時前には終わってしまうか、
夜あそびしちゃうとアソークからタクシー拾ってホテルにという感じ。

キレイで清潔だから、価格との折り合いでアリだと思います。

It’s a small clean & up to date hotel but away from public transportation.
