The property was next to the sky train which made it very convenient to get around. The staff was courteous and very helpful to your desired needs. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and shopping was couple stops on the sky train.

✨ Wat een fantastische ervaring! Vanaf het moment dat we binnenstapten voelden we ons enorm welkom. De ontvangst was warm en professioneel, precies zoals je verwacht bij een InterContinental.

De kamer was ruim, stijlvol ingericht en tot in de puntjes verzorgd – heerlijk bed, prachtige badkamer en een indrukwekkend uitzicht over Bangkok. Elke dag was het weer een feestje om terug te keren naar deze oase van rust midden in de drukke stad. 🌆

Het ontbijt was werkelijk een hoogtepunt: enorm uitgebreid, vers en voor ieder wat wils. Van lokale specialiteiten tot internationale klassiekers – alles werd met veel zorg gepresenteerd. Ook de service in het restaurant en bij het zwembad was geweldig, altijd met een glimlach. 🌸

De locatie is perfect: direct aan Sukhumvit, waardoor je snel en makkelijk overal naartoe kunt. En na een dag vol indrukken is het extra fijn om terug te keren naar de luxe en comfort van dit hotel.

Wij kijken met heel veel plezier terug op ons verblijf en zouden dit hotel absoluut aanbevelen aan iedereen die Bangkok bezoekt. 🙌🌴

Hotel is lovely, staff are excellent. Bar at the top of the hotel is stunning.
Unfortunately, Hotels.com let us down as we are a family of 4, x2 adults, x2 children (15 & 11 years). The room was not big enough for 4 people and the bed certainly was not. The hotel told us the room is only for 2 adults, and that hotels.com have mis-sold. It meant the holiday was bitter-sweet.

スタッフの方々が大変親切で、丁寧な接客をして頂きました。館内で出会うお掃除スタッフの方々も、毎度手を止めて挨拶をして下さり、気持ちのよい接客を受けることができました。
設備は清潔で、お部屋からの眺めも良かったです。朝食は毎日内容が変わっていて、飽きさせない工夫を感じる事ができました。
周りは特に大きな施設はなかったですが、コンビニやスーパーも徒歩圏内にあり、両方の駅からも近く、便利でした。

Great property n centrally located

Helpful and attentive hotel staff. The hotels is very modern and has luxurious decor. Rooms were very clean and well maintained, I felt very comfortable.

Das Personal war sehr jung und wusste nicht gemäss 5 Sterne sich zu verhalten.Da ist sehr viel Aufhohlbedarf.Mir hat der Swimming Pool auf der 32 Etage sehe gefallen.

The hotel is very new and has a wonderful design. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very friendly. As it was my birthday, the room was furnished with birthday balloons and a birthday pancake was presented to me at breakfast.

Me and my wife recently stayed at the Intercontinental Bangkok Sukhumvit, and my experience was ruined by a shocking incident that raises serious concerns about the hotel’s safety and security.

On July 18th, during our stay in room #2402, my $20,000 Hermes Kelly bag was stolen. We had checked out at 9:00 am but unfortunately my wife forgot her Hermes bag by the sofa. It was only when we arrived at the airport that she realized the bag was missing. We immediately contacted the hotel, yet we waited an unbelievable six hours for any response.

The hotel management informed us that only two housekeepers had accessed our room after we left, and both denied involvement. Despite this, these employees are still working at the hotel, which makes me question the hotel’s commitment to guest safety.

Even more concerning is the management’s lack of action. Their communication has been severely lacking, and they have refused to take any responsibility. Instead, they pushed all accountability onto their insurance company, which claimed that guests are solely responsible for their valuables.

This incident begs the question: how can guests feel secure if their belongings aren’t safe even in their own rooms? Is the hotel’s safe the only place where valuables are protected? Shouldn’t guests expect their belongings to be secure throughout the hotel?

I urge anyone considering a stay at the Intercontinental Bangkok Sukhumvit to think twice!
