Pros:

Per chi cerca un posto non affollato. Spiaggia a due passi e bei posti dove mangiare intorno.
Silenzioso. Camere belle e comode
Ci si arriva o con mezzi propri o con taxi. Il paese è a circa 2 km a piedi.

Pros:

It was lovely and good price. The bathroom was a little dirty , some facimilty management might be a good idea.
in total, I can recommend to stay there.

Bad for Westerners
Pros:

If you are taller than 5'-9" you shouldn't stay here. The builder made the bathroom doors so short, you hit your head. Also, the breakfast options are not good for westerners. Basically this place is designed and set up for asians only.

Pros:

Very delighted with my stay at Permsuk. Thank you to the lovely staff that are always smiling and happy to try to help with any enquiries or requests.

Very affordable considering the quality of the rooms which I would call at least 3 star plus. Very clean, 247 aircon so you can come back to comfort after a day out. Super quick and reliable wifi.

Affiliated bar with small food menu but excellent coffee, drink and cocktail menu. That can serve you to your room. Many great seafood restaurants within 3 mins walk, all beach facing, and not expensive.

Rooms are within 30m walk to the sand and 40m to the ocean.

Make sure to hire a bike or car as taxis are hard to come by in this kind of remote spot. Can organise hire from reception at 250baht/day.

Tasty breakfast in bed every morning is a bonus, they have different options to choose.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war ok, das Bett super, alles sauber. Die Kacheln in der Dusche unsauber,
Die Umgebung um die Bungalows war ungepflegt und lieblos, das Personal spricht leider kaum englisch. Die Verständigung war sehr schlecht.
Leider ist das Café davor unglaublich laut und plärrt ab morgens um 9 Popmusik.
Achtung: Es gibt keinen Transfer von dort weg! Man muss 1000 Bhat bezahlen um dann von einem Mitarbeiter die nächsten 20 km gefahren zu werden. Das wissen dort alle Mitarbeiter, helfen aber nicht und lächeln es weg. Also unbedingt vorher den Transfer vorher vom nächstgrößeren Ort vorher buchen!
Das Frühstück war nicht als solches zu bezeichnen. Beim Einchecken unbedingt die Speiseauswahl besprechen. Es gab nur schrecklichen lauwarmen Kaffee, kein Tee, keine Säfte, keine Speiseauswahl, kein Obst, nichts frisches, nur langweiligen Toast, keine Butter.
