Pros:

Le personnel est adorable et très serviable. L'emplacement est très bien pour aller sur les îles et en vieille ville. Nous avons apprécié le service de navette. La propreté de l'établissement est parfaite. Et les piscines sont vraiment très belles!

Good but not wouldn’t go again

The place is amazing, the staff is the best besttt part of the place so kind and very hardworking and they speak multiple languages which was amazing and the room service is amazing, also tried their message and was really good, the breakfast was amazing

Cons:

Wasn’t clean when we arrived, but when we asked them they really deep cleaned the room, the ac was so hot and we told them and they said it’s automatic and they said they can’t do much about it, and I asked them for a fan and they brought, but on last day the of ac temperature finally changed!! so they could’ve changed it all along 🫤 instead they didn’t and we got sick because of the temperature that kept changing

I am satisfied with all the hotel services
Pros:

Excellent hotel, especially the swimming pool.

I asked the chef if the food was halal, and he showed me photos of the meat packages to prove it. I appreciate his help, but putting labels on the food would be better

Fantastique hôtel pour des vacances en famille
Pros:

La gentillesse et le sourire de l’ensemble du personnel de l’hôtel
Les piscines sont magnifiques. L’hôtel met à disposition dans chacune des piscines des canoës et des bouées.
Une petite salle de sport qui reste fonctionnelle et suffisante.
Possibilité également de se faire masser au sein de l’hôtel
Le restaurant est très bon
L’emplacement est pour moi un plus car on évite la grosse population touristique et l’hôtel est au calme mais facile d’accès en taxi
Le petit déjeuner de l’hôtel est correct

Cons:

Très peu de choses
La couette du lit était un peu petite
Nous n’avions qu’une carte par chambre, ce qui est peu pratique

Pros:

Отель отличный. Очень понравился и номер, и выход к большому бассейну из него. Не пожалела, что не взяла номер с собственным бассейном, так как общий намного больше. Красиво, хорошо убираются каждый день. В предыдущие поездки на Пхукет всегда попадались очень мягкие кровати, в которых тонешь и неудобно спать. Здесь матрац был почти жестким, поэтому было суперкомфортно. Также понравилась тишина. Отель расположен не в туристическом районе, поэтому нет громкой музыки и прочего антуража курортного города.

Cons:

Отель расположен в 20 минутах езды от Старого города и в минимум часе езды от популярных пляжей. Мы сильно потратились на такси, хотя, конечно, меньше, чем вышло бы, живи мы в отеле такого уровня в курортных районах. Также не очень понравились завтраки. Однообразные и довольно невкусные.
