Cons:

Le service, le manque de respect et de reconsidération contrairement à ce dont j’ai l’habitude. De plus la chambre avait des problème de rideaux ce qui n’a pas été réparé après avoir manger au room service la nourriture est resté quelques jours ce qui a amené des insectes à la porte de notre chambre

Beautiful
Pros:

Stylish villas with lovely pool. Staff was friendly and helpful. Massages were excellent.

Cons:

Bit isolated but I liked that. If you do not want to be far from the noise, pollution and OTT tourists, this place isn't for you. If you enjoy nature, relaxation, quality time, Craft ticks all these boxes.

Pros:

It was clean, cosy. We had a direct access to the pool which was splendid. There were pool gowns and flip-flops provided. Breakfast was tasty and included varieties. A direct shuttle ran to the Phuket city center and Central shopping mall. A perfect stay.

Gut für einen kurzen Stop vor dem Rassada Pier
Pros:

Der Zugang direkt zum Pool war sehr angenehm. Als wir vor Ort waren, war es nicht überbucht und konnte den kleinen Balkon für uns nutzen. Die Lage zum Rassada-Pier ist gut und es bietet sich an hier vor einer Weiterfahrt zu übernachten.

Cons:

Die Lage ist nah am Rassada-Pier. Ansonsten kann man nicht viel in der Gegend machen und es ist etwas abseits gelegenen. Der Poolzugang führt dazu, dass die Räume und die Terrasse etwas weniger Privatsphäre haben. Außerdem bekommt man es mit, wenn Nachbarn Party machen.

Quiet location away from the hustle

Hotel looks very pretty of nighttime

Staff are very friendly

Cons:

Rooms are so close together and people swim / kayak past your room giving little privacy

Outside the rooms needs cleaning for a 5* hotel you expect the floors to be better

Overall is good except breakfast only
Pros:

I like view of room and overall vew of hotel.Good value of money.Alao great they do free shuttle bus to city! Receptionist is amazing-very helpfull and friendly!

Cons:

This is one and only huge minus in my opinion-breakfast! Veryyyy poor option -mostly indonesian food and from international-only eggs! Coffee from machine terrible taste-you need really change it! Also patisserie was not tasty-it is not freshly cooked at all-it is frozen. We eat only once breakfast and even not finish-rest days we just order delivery outside. Honestly you need do smthg with this breakfast and coffee machine!
