Pros:

Good Hotel and great location with Excellent Service, Good Breakfast and foods. Front Office staffs are excellent and espically Lyan, Hugo, Nay Paing, Pinky they are really professional and always helpful with our requests.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
Pros:

We really liked the hotel, the pools are amazing, the staff is amazing and the kids club is very suitable for the little ones. Breakfast was rich, but less suitable for us.The rooms are clean, large and comfortable.

Cons:

The pool area is very lacking in shade. There is not enough shade, the beach adjacent to the hotel is less successful and unpleasant for swimming.

Exceptional beachfront stay!
Pros:

I loved the big pool next to the garden and the plenty of sunbeds available for relaxing. Having the beach just in front of the room was amazing. It is a wonderful resort with great value.

Luxury hotel in the right spot of the island
Pros:

Everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. The room was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, the breakfast was delicious, and the swimming pools were never crowded. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring the island.

בינוני, בגדול לא הייתי ממליצה.
Pros:

המלון באמת יפהפייה ואינסטגרמי מרווח מאד בריכה מאד גדולה ומלא מיטות, אין הרגשה של עומס.
יש אחלה מסג׳ במלון זה נוח עם ילדים, קידס קלאב ממול.
קרוב להאדרין, לבית הישראלי לסבןאילבן ולכל המרכז של ההדרין והפול מון

וואו יש הרבה.
1. המים מלוחים מיי ים… הילדות שלי פחות זרמו על זה אבל איכשהו מתרגלים.
2. מנקים את החדרים רק אחרי 15:00 בצהריים וזה ממש ממש מבאס!!! לחזור אחרי כל היום לחדר מבולגן ומלוכלך, היה איזה יום אפילו 15:45 עדיין לא ניקו.
3. אין זרם של מים, הכל מתבלגן שם קרים חמים בקושי אפשר לחפוף.
4. החדרים יחסית קטנים ומיושנים. לקחנו וילה מסתבר שזה בקומה ה2 לא נגיש לדוגמא עם עגלה וגם אין מרפסת וזה היה ממש חסר. מי שבקומה הראשונה סובל מאד מכל צעד שעושים ושומע הכל, הכל מעץ בלי בידוד.

Resort bellissimo
Pros:

Il resort è stupendo, camere pulitissime e servizi ottimi.

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto un problema con il pagamento di una cena, una transazione risultava accreditata due volte e per riavere i soldi indietro abbiamo dovuto attendere la mattina del check out perché non c era chiarezza dal manager (prima avremmo dovuto attendere il bonifico, poi c è stato proposto un voucher che non avremmo potuto spendere e poi la mattina finalmente abbiamo riavuto la somma). Per la stessa cena c è stato un problema con il pagamento in contanti in quanto la quota era 590 bath e sicuramente era stato loro dato 600 bath ma poi un altro ragazzo ha lamentato che fossero stati pagati solo 510 bath. Partendo dal presupposto che ci sarebbe potuta essere confusione non essendo quella la nostra valuta ma non si chiude il conto sapendo che mancano 80 bath e a nessuno vengono richiesti e solo dopo vengono reclamati. Fate attenzione quindi ai pagamenti per evitare piccole incomprensioni. La posizione poi è un po isolata ma niente di eclatante.

Pros:

I am so delighted with this hotel and its breathtaking views. I managed to take a lot of beautiful photos for my collection during our stay.

Lovely hotel with wonderful staff. A few small issues but overall very good.
Pros:

Big and comfortable room (villa). Staff extremely helpful and welcoming. Lots of pools and sun loungers. Wide range of breakfast options. Food generally very good standard.

Cons:

Food and drinks were very good but expensive in comparison to other similar standard hotels we stayed at in Thailand. All tiled outdoor areas slippery when wet. Service during the middle of the day in the main restaurant was a bit disorganised.

Pros:

My stay at Vannee Golden Sands Beachfront Resort was a great experience. The resort has a beautiful beachfront location with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed spending time by the beach and enjoying the scenery. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would love to come back again.

Fantastic holiday in Koh Phangan!
Pros:

Vannee Golden Sands exceeded our expectations. We loved the beautiful resort, large swimming pool, and beachfront setting. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff made us feel very welcome. Some facilities could use a little updating, but everything was clean and functional.

Pros:

Wonderful resort with beautiful surroundings, an amazing swimming pool and a great breakfast with plenty of choices. The staff were friendly and attentive, and everything was clean and comfortable.

The location is a little far from some attractions, but it was still convenient for us.
