We booked this hotel 2nd time as it is located out of ZTL area and using of car should be convenient. But upon entering room we have seen the room which is not matched to 3-star hotel standards; it was very small, with dirty spots on walls, without wardrobe and bedside stands. Very long time this room was not faced with cosmetic repair; perhaps it may be used for few hours staying of young man waiting for train, but not for 5 days staying of 70 years couple. This hotel has much better rooms which were available; we asked staff to change by conditions of additional payment. It was not late time, about 4 PM, but desk man has refused to change room and said that only next day we can apply to manager. Despite 5 days staying was already fully prepaid, we were forced to change hitel immediately. As result, we have lost more than 300 euro.
It obvious that our wish was very simple and may be easily solved by 5 minutes phone call.

La cortesia del personale e la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli oltre l'orario di checkout

Cons:

La stanza era molto sporca, sia la camera da letto che il bagno; il comodino consisteva in una specie di mensola che era praticamente sopra il letto, letto composto da due reti e due materassi singoli uniti in un matrimoniale, quindi con dislivello e molto scomodo.
