A szállás kényelmes és ár érték arányában megfelelő! Az oda út kalandos a keskeny szerpentinen, de a látvány kárpótol. Igazán elegáns a berendezés és kedves a személyzet.
Fantastyczne miejsce, piękna lokalizacja, komfortowe pokoje, bardzo czyste. Przemiła obsługa, jestem zauroczona tym miejscem, dbałoscią o detale i otoczeniem. Śniadanie wystarczające, serwowane, otrzymaliśmy wszystko o co poprosiliśmy. Bardzo polecam to miejsce, chętnie wrocimy.

La struttura dell’hotel è ottima, funzionale e ampia. La posizione è ottima sia dal punto di vista paesaggistico sia per la vicina abbazia che vanta una storia antichissima.
Il servizio di ristorazione è da migliorare: a volte è stato deludente sia per la qualità sia per la presentazione.
È già il secondo anno che andiamo a trascorrere il ferragosto a Vallombrosa per sfuggire al caldo di Firenze. L’albergo è molto accogliente e davanti all’abbazia oltre ai principali sentieri da percorrere. Il personale è molto accogliente.
Il silenzio. Molti luoghi comuni dove stare in pace.
Mancanza di yogurt intero bianco a colazione. Poche proposte vegetariane al ristorante.
An extremely poor service from this 3 star hotel. Despite a great location and excellent refurbishment this hotel offered a limited breakfast and poor quality dinner. A bar without any drinks or staff, over-worked receptionists and disorganised kitchen and dining experience. Rooms are small, old fashioned and ridiculously hot and stuffy in spite of the cool ambient air in the vicinity. My husband, his parents and I would never return - and we are certainly not the only patrons that felt this way despite false reviews written by staff.
Sono tornata in questo bell’hotel dopo una vacanza molto positiva lo scorso anno, ma sono rimasta delusa
Scomparso il cuoco e cambiato gran parte dello staff, mi è sembrata che mancasse una direzione, e che i giovanissimi camerieri fossero alle prime armi. Il ristorante fa servizio solo di cena, rispetto allo scorso anno, ed è un grosso inconveniente per la clientela molto anziana come mia madre novantenne e con difficoltà deambulatorie. Per carità, ce la siamo cavata, ma ad esempio le serate musicali anni 60 in cortile a mio parere non sono necessarie, mentre un servizio continuato sì, ad esempio rifornendo e organizzando il servizio bar che non c’è e dispiace, visto il bancone e la sala predisposta. Peccato perché la struttura è bella e si chiude un occhio anche sugli spazi delle camere tipo convento e sulla mancanza in alcune stanze di complementi d’arredo come l’armadio (vedi foto)
