SILQ Hotel And Residence

We had a great stay at SILQ Hotel! The facilities are impressive for a city hotel. A HYROX style gym, a proper onsen, a saltwater pool, and an excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of egg options, waffles, crepes, and even a Nutella dispenser.

Our Chiffon Studio room was spacious, with a lovely city view, a walk in wardrobe, and a Japanese toilet. The service felt warm, efficient, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our stay.

One small thing to note is that there is some construction next door. You can hear it at the poolside, but it did not affect us. I just put my AirPods in and it was completely fine.

The location is ideal. Close enough to walk to popular nightlife spots, yet quiet when you want to rest. Highly recommend if you enjoy hotels that feel like part of the trip, not just a place to sleep.

The hotel experience was splendid! Coco the concierge went above and beyond to help us from food enquiries to making sure our stay was as awesome as it could be. Shoutout to Som as well who was an amazing hostess during breakfast & by the pool. Our third time here & definitely won’t be our last

We had another amazing experience! The service team on both shifts did an awesome job. We thouroughly enjoy the onsen every day and the room service is delicious. We would like to give a special shoutout to Namtan, Coco, View, Earth and Earn for their outstanding service.

From the minute we walked in the door until the late checkout and pool access we are over the moon with our experience and will come back whenever we visit BKK.

Also there are a great selection of surrounding shops and restaurants near by!

We stayed at SILQ in early December and absolutely loved this hotel & residence. It’s fresh and new with fantastic staff who are so warm and friendly, and super helpful. Coco is the go-to expert on all information and recommendations for Bangkok and he was so helpful arranging our tours and provided cost effective suggestions. We were given welcome drinks, there were complimentary cakes, & bottled water daily in our room, & afternoon treats by the pool. The location is really excellent! Short walk to the shopping malls, restaurants, massage nearby, as well as a great cafe just out front, another nearby Japanese cafe and supermarket for any groceries or quality Japanese fast food packs. The BTS is near too as it’s right next to the mall which you can walk to in 10 mins or get the free shuttle from the hotel. Our accommodation was excellent, clean, comfortable beds, and well serviced with a kitchenette and fridge and washer/dryer too. We will definitely come back to SILQ!!!

This place is amazing. We got upgraded to a huge suite. The breakfast was delicious. Coco was a great help in arranging a birthday cake for my husband who celebrated his birthday during our stay. Stuff in general is very helpful and accommodating . Highly recommended

I had a great experience during my stay. From the facilities to the hospitality. The warm welcome from the staff, especially GAME & COCO, they helped us to sort out the transportation & plenty of recommendations of the entertainment. This hotel is definitely my hidden gem.

저희가 이 호텔을 반복해서 찾는 가장 큰 이유는 바로 CoCo 컨시어지 매니저입니다. CoCo는 레스토랑 예약, 교통편, 마사지샵 추천, 티켓 도움 등 모든 요청을 늘 빠르고 정확하게 처리해줍니다.

무엇보다도 게스트의 입장에서 먼저 생각하고 케어해주는 태도가 정말 인상 깊으며, 이번에도 방콕의 새로운 핫플레이스를 추천해주고, 저희 일정과 동선에 맞게 추가 명소까지 제안해주었습니다.

특히 이번에는 Vijit Chao Phraya 조명 축제를 최적의 장소에서 감상할 수 있도록 도와줘서 잊지 못할 순간을 만들 수 있었습니다.

리셉션의 Namtan 직원님 역시 매우 인상 깊었습니다.
호텔 인근의 공사 소음 가능성을 미리 안내해주시고, 요청하지 않았는데도 조용한 객실로 배정해 주었습니다.

게다가 룸 업그레이드, 늦은 체크아웃까지 도와주시고 머무는 내내 고객의 불편이 없는지 먼저 확인해줬습니다. Namtan의 밝은 미소와 다정한 인사는 매일 로비의 분위기를 따뜻하게 밝혀줬습니다.

헬스장은 잘 갖춰져 있고, L자형 수영장은 넓고 조용하며 매우 청결하게 관리되고 있었습니다.
특히 3가지 온천탕과 사우나가 있는 온센 공간은 정말 만족스러웠고, 피로를 풀기에 완벽한 장소였습니다.

모든 시설은 정기적으로 관리되며, 직원들도 필요할 때마다 신속하게 도움을 주셔서 매우 편리했습니다.

호텔은 방콕 스쿰빗 중심지(BTS 프롬퐁역 인근) 에 위치해 있어 엠쿼티어, 엠포리움, 엠스피어 쇼핑몰, 벤짜씨리 공원, 다양한 스파 샵 등이 모두 도보 거리 내에 있습니다.

어디든 걸어서 이동 가능해 매우 편리했고,
한 번 여기서 머물러보니 방콕에서 다른 호텔은 상상하기 어렵게 되었어요.

실큐는 단순히 묵는 공간이 아니라 마음이 느껴지는 호텔 입니다. 이번에도 coco님의 세심한 케어와, Namtan님의 친절함 덕분에 저희는 따뜻한 추억을 안고 한국으로 돌아갑니다.

This was our fourth time staying at SilQ Hotel & Residence, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. From the warm welcome at check-in to the exceptional cleanliness and genuine care from the staff, this hotel has always provided us with a truly comforting and memorable experience.

The main reason we keep returning to SilQ is CoCo, the concierge.
He continues to handle everything restaurant bookings, transport, massage recommendations, and ticket assistance with speed and precision.

What makes he truly outstanding is how he thinks from the guest’s perspective.
He even suggested new hot places in Bangkok and recommended extra spots that fit perfectly into our schedule.
Thanks to CoCo, our Bangkok trips are always better than expected.
This time, he helped us enjoy the Vijit Chao Phraya light festival from the perfect spot an unforgettable moment.

We’re also very grateful to Namtan at the front desk. She proactively informed us about nearby construction noise and offered a quieter room without us asking.
She also upgraded our room and kindly arranged a late check-out.
Most importantly, she constantly checked if we were comfortable.
Her cheerful smile and kind greetings brightened the entire lobby every single day.

The gym is well equipped, and the L-shaped swimming pool is large, quiet, and very clean. We especially enjoyed the onsen area, which includes three different hot baths and a sauna. Every facility is maintained regularly, and staff are quick to assist when needed.

SilQ is perfectly located in Sukhumvit, just a short walk from BTS Phrom Phong,
near major shopping malls like EmQuartier, Emporium, and EmSphere, as well as Benchasiri Park and various spa shops.
Everything we needed was within walking distance, which made our stay incredibly convenient. Honestly, after staying here, we can’t imagine choosing any other hotel in Bangkok.

For us, SilQ is more than just a place to stay. It's a hotel filled with heart.
Thanks to Coco's dedicated assistance and Namtan's kindness, we are returning to Korea once again with beautiful memories.
We highly recommend SilQ to anyone seeking comfort and attentive service in the heart of Bangkok.

Hotel amenities and facilities are good, food are good as well. Staff are very helpful, friendly and polite, especially Mr Coco who assisted me in dealing with the taxi matter. The ladies in the reception are efficient and friendly. Overall is a very good hotel, especially the onsen services, love it after a long day of walking. However, I wished all the facilitites can operate till mid night.

I’m so happy to be back to SILQ again. The service is always excellent, and Coco is especially warm and welcoming! This place truly feels like my home in Bangkok. Highly recommended!

The space is elegant and I loved the comfy bed and ample hot water for baths. The real cherry on the cake is the onsen, and I'd return just for it! Coco went above and beyond to help me which is much appreciated.

We had a great time staying at SILQ hotel. Good location, great facilities and helpful staff. Coco and Earth were friendly and generous with their assistance. We would surely be back!
One note for improvement, having some pillow options!

I stayed at SILQ for 2 weeks and from the beginning they provided a high level of service. They told me about the construction next door and they saw that I was staying a while so they put me and a room further away from the noise. The room was super clean and also had a washing machine.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful all throughout my stay. Coco also provided some recommendations for local places to eat. The breakfast buffet had a lot of different things to choose from and tasted good.

The hotel is located conveniently next to everything you need food, entertainment and BTS all within a 10 minute walk. Highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and exceptional service. I will definitely be staying here next time I'm in Bangkok. Thank you to the SILQ team for a perfect stay.

Concierge and Coco are very friendly. Hotel location is very convenient (~7min walk from BTS) with free shuttle bus and welcome drinks.

The location is a highlight for this hotel, as it offers easy access to all parts of Bangkok. There are many convenience stores and restaurants around the hotel. I enjoyed the breakfast and the cleanliness of the room here. The staff here are very helpful, especially, Mr. Beer at front door.
