The overall of environment is very great. I love the view from the front desk. The customer services are very nice. Thanks to Ying for giving wonderful experience to guest. I am highly recommended for this hotel.

My experience with YING at Innside by Melia was perfect! This place is a 10/10 recommendation from my personal experience. The check-in was extremely smooth and easy with YING and the process was so simple.
The property is so beautiful, with extraordinary views from all the sides.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The check-in process was quick and friendly, and Aon at the front desk was especially kind, professional, and helpful — she really made a great first impression.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and pleasant. Staff throughout the stay were attentive and always willing to help with a smile. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would happily stay here again. 😊

Amazing hotel, breakfast was so tasty and the staff are so welcoming. I came for New Year’s Eve and we enjoyed the party here, also my partner surprised me with decorations in the room which the kind lady, Famous, decorated for us. A very nice first impression of the hotel. We felt very welcomed! The room was available earlier which was great after a long flight. Ying was very polite and mild and helped us get checked in!

Stayed for 3 days, hotel is beautiful, rooms were very clean and the staff were so friendly and could not do enough for you, barely opened a door for ourselves during our stay. Rooftop pool is a sun trap with stunning views of the city

A great start to our travels. Easy access to the nearby station to get around Bangkok.
Lovely hotel. Fab rooftop bar and pool. Breakfast with many options. Only negative is the room layouts. Not so sure about the disjointed bathrooms. Sink in the bedroom. Toilet and shower are separate cubicles. Feels like they are trying to be contemporary but it doesn’t quite work. Everything else fab. Staff are helpful and a little food night market just outside the hotel.

Very great service by Aon at check in , the hotel in awesome and it feels to be in a Hollywood film ☺️ , food is also awesome there is also a rooftop that is obviously make this place special .

the location is excellent as it is near one of the main BTS station. the staff is friendly and helpful and the infinity pool is definitely amazing. i would not hesitate to rate 5 star for this hotel.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Innside Melia and would describe it as a solid 4-star experience rather than 5-star. At this price point, it’s definitely good value, but there are a few things that held it back for me.

The main drawback is the sound insulation. The rooms are set up very much like a dorm-style layout, and you can clearly hear noise from the rooms on either side, as well as from the hallway. Traffic noise from outside is also still audible from the room. If you’re a light sleeper or value peace and quiet, this is something to be aware of.

That said, the facilities are genuinely lovely. The rooftop area is beautiful, well maintained, and offers great views. The gym was also clean, modern, and well looked after. The general areas, including the restaurant, are very nice, and breakfast was a highlight — a great variety and good quality selection.

One thing that surprised me for a hotel positioning itself as 5-star was the lack of irons or steamers in the room. You have to request an iron, and there are no steamers available at all, which felt unusual and slightly inconvenient.

Where this hotel truly shines is the staff. The service was exceptional — easily 10/10. Everyone was incredibly polite, warm, and attentive. I was feeling quite unwell after travelling, and a staff member named Famous (amazing name!) and her colleagues were so kind — they went out of their way to bring me electrolytes and water to help me feel better. I was also granted a late check-out because of this, which I really appreciated.

What stood out most was the genuine care: later on, different staff members came to check on me and mentioned they had heard I wasn’t feeling well. That level of thoughtfulness really makes a difference and is not something you experience everywhere.

In summary, Innside Melia is a great hotel for the price, with beautiful facilities and outstanding staff. While the building construction and noise levels mean it doesn’t quite reach 5-star standards for me, I would still recommend it — just with the right expectations. It’s a lovely stay, even if not entirely my personal style.

Especially thanks to the receptionist Jam and Nan, they’re super supportive and nice. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
