Pros:

The room was well appointed. Upon arrival staff was there to greet us and answer questions. We were able to get an extra blanket for our dogs to use.

Cons:

The internet service for the TV was not working.

Excellent location for a visit to Idaho Springs.
Pros:

Location, Location, Location....Property is well located and well maintained. It's an old property but renovated superbly. The bathrooms are spacious and modern. There is limited space to put your toiletries so I would make the suggestion to get a small table to put in the bathroom (there is plenty of room for it). Our room (Amethyst) had a coffee station which was nice but there was also one in the hallway. You do have to climb stairs with your luggage, but the staff volunteered to help with that. Something to know - there is a multiple USB outlet available so if you use a "C", then bring a cable that fits.
Bed was very comfortable, room spotless, nice carpet. Room was crowded with two beds in it so pack as light as possible. Parking was free in the lot across from the hotel. Just bring in your tag number and they will log it in. Walking distance (about 10- 15 min walk) to the hot springs.

Cons:

Nothing - wonderful just as it was.

The staff should get a raise.. They were exceptional !

Cons:

The carpets, especially skirting the bed, were filthy.. The air-conditioning and heat barely worked. No ice machine. I have stayed in over 300 hotels ;all had ice available. No coffee provided. At the very least, a coffee stand in the lobby would have been appreciated. The owner needs to praise the staff for getting my instant coffee and some from the back area.

Very cozy! Willow who works there was very kind and helpful.
Pros:

The location was great. Right near the town. Town has multiple restaurants and little stores. Also we went to the hot springs.
