Clean room. Friendly Staff

What ia unique is the pleasant staff willing to help with all your little needs like extra towels or adjusting your booking to yhe days you like. Free breakfast was surprising and plentiful. My only concern was that I use very little salt, and Thai stir-fry has an abundace of the stuff. So be prepared. It was a pleasant restful stay!

The staff was welcoming to all from the beginning of my stay. They seemed to love answering quests questions and concerns. They were especially accommodating to larger quests as myself. Big brothers and sisters this isbthe place to stay in Bangkok. ALL YOU CAN EAR BUFFET BREAKFAST. (MIC DROP)

I had just arrived Suvarnabhumi airport and then on to the hotel in a taxi which was at a reasonable price as the hotel is six kilometers away from the airport which is really good as there is no noise from the flight paths of aircraft. It is a new modern hotel.

Good value for money. Room is clean, bed comfortable, breakfast is good. Locations is a little bit off the beaten path, a little further deep in the soi.

Good choice for transit, 10 to 15 minutes drive for the airport. Room is reasonable sized, Breakfast is ok.

It is located in an isolated place from a town, walking 25 min to 7-eleven. In 2-day stay, I saw ants on my bed, table and the floor. Luckily it was gone very next day. Coffee pot wasn’t clean and overall, I would say satisfactory bc of friendly staff.

Very decent and recommend. Only issue was we arrived very early because of a flight change. We paid the early check in fee and they made us wait 40 mins before they gave us our room because early check in was 0600 HRS. WE were the only ones waiting and our room was ready. So silly.

Was okay for a night after long flight to BKK. Very basic. No soap and 3/4 of toilet roll issued. Some staff were friendly others not so much. Bar was empty bust extremely expensive for Thailand. Bottom sheet had stains on it but gave benefit of doubt it had been washed. pictures of hotel did a very good job of making the hotel look better than it actually was.

The only thing which I was not too happy about was the disagreement on the pricing for the first night. I arrived at the hotel at 1 am in the morning on 4/19 forgetting that I won't be able to check in the hotel until 2 pm on the 19th. I had to book an extra night on the spot when I arrived. The guy said they have room for me at 1,200 Baht which was more expensive than I book online for $941. I had some chats with the guy for a few minutes and he asked me if I want to book the room or not? I said of course I want the room and I'll pay for the price as asked but I will write a review about it. Then, he went on to help other and came back to me a few minutes later and said he charged me for 1,000.00 Baht. Still a little more than what I booked online. I was not happy because I felt that they were trying took advantage of my situation. I can understand if there were demand for the room but there was no other demand for the room at 1 am in the morning which is half way through the day already. Just because of my mistake they have the opportunity to earn money for that room. I was upset because he asked me if I want the room with his tone of voice. Of course I want the room. Where would I go as a woman at 1 am in the morning with the unfamiliar place? Also, it wouldn't make economic sense to go elsewhere. 1200 and 941 is not a big amount of money but this is about behavior and morality.

Only 2 water per day for 2 person. Customer service is good. Good location.
