Rob, our Condo contact, made sure that our stay not only met our expectations, but exceeded them! The communication between ourselves and Rob made the stay enjoyable and not at all stressful. Our email confirmation told us exactly what we needed to know for a stress-free vacation. He even went the extra mile to ensure that we were taken care of by contacting us with information that there was a cancelation that would allow us to upgrade to a larger room with a better view. The confirmation process for the upgrade was quick and simple! Our condo was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed for a great stay. upon arrival we could see that the property itself was beautiful and very well kept. The check-in process was simple and the guard at the gate was very helpful in pointing us to our room. The view from our room was amazing. The beach itself was clean and accessible from many different locations.
We were required to purchase a $40 parking pass for the original condo we rented. After seeing the property, I do not see why it was even needed, however we did purchase it as told. We were told to order it prior to our stay, therefore I completed that process two days before our expected arrival. The day of our arrival we were contacted about a possible upgrade that DID NOT require the parking pass. After quite a bit of back and forth, We were able to get a refund from our Condo contact, Rob. The company we had to buy the pass from was not very helpful in resolving the issue due to them saying the do not offer refunds. My advise-- Do not buy your parking pass until you are sure that you will be needing it.
So pretty! Very homey and comfortable
Island grill (attached) was trash. Sat forever to never be seen and another day order food that was wrong and just gross lol. That was my only downside
Location to the beach. You can easily walk to it. Restaurants close by. Swimming pools are very nice.
Cooking skillets need to be replaced.
The view from our condo! I think we had the best ocean view in the whole building, plus, we were very close to the boardwalk, beach and ocean waves! Sitting on the balcony anytime, especially in the evening...we had a great time! Oh, and the few questions I had were answered promptly! Talking to Rob was not like he was someone I didn't know
Having to leave on our last morning.
I know, this has nothing to do with the facility or our condo. Honestly, I can't think of anything we didn't like, I just wanted to say that again:)
Overall, this is a good place. It is directly on the beach, all rooms have a good balcony and a sea view. We were upgraded to a bigger apartment with a better sea view for free. As a result, we had a spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a good sea view. Everything was clean and well prepared to get in
When I book a place on booking.com, I usually choose the option to set the Property Type to “hotel”. It was this time as well. However, this was not really a hotel. In the case of a hotel, you do not need to communicate with anybody in advance, just book, come to the reception, and get keys; that's it. This was not the case. We had to communicate by email and sms with somebody in advance, sign a consent, and get 5 pages of instructions on what to do and what not to do. The room entry code was sent to us via SMS on the day of check-in. It was OK for us, but for those coming from overseas, it might be inconvenient.
There was a reception at the entrance, but we did not understand what it was for, because when I asked something, I was told to contact the company we booked from regarding all issues.
One day, my wife had a birthday, and I asked security how our son could visit us for a couple of hours. I was told that the only way is to pay 40 dollars for parking. It is not fair!
We were promised a sauna, but it did not work. Interestingly, saunas are built in the bathrooms. I have never seen this kind of solution. So, how can I be comfortable relaxing in the sauna and after it when somebody is using the toilet for its direct purpose?
Somebody was blowing loudly from the footpath in front of the building at 8 am every morning.
Beautiful area was quiet and relaxing
I recommend it to any one who wants a get away from everything vacation. Loved it there
