Very large rooms, quiet, walking distance to blue temple and lovely restaurant down the road
It’s a relatively new hotel, but it’s not a 4 star. For starters they don’t have an iron and ironing board! The build quality of the hotel is terrible, you can hear other guest above you in their rooms taking showers and the noise from the drainage (from the shower) is annoying especially at 11pm at night. Mosquitos are everywhere especially in the room ( this is because it’s close to the river) but they should provide the repellent plug for the room, they do however have mosquito repellent in the corridors but this doesn’t help when you are in bed! They provide electric scooters that you can rent, I would not use these again as we ran out of power and we only went to the Blue Temple (5mins away) so had to push the bike back to the hotel. Breakfast has a good selection but they hide the expensive options (cheese , bacon etc) so be sure to ask them. A private function was happening at the hotel which was noisy, loud music etc so we didn’t have a great experience and disturbed sleep. Overall not a great experience but taking into account it’s a new hotel there are many areas for improvement. Would we recommend? Yes, one night is more than enough. We would come back? NO.

This newly opened hotel boasts a stylish minimalist design and offers an excellent location. Within just a 5-minute walk, we reached one of Chiang Rai's main tourist attractions, the stunning Blue Temple (Wat Rong Suea Ten). Another highlight is the proximity to the renowned local eatery, Chivit Thamma Da Coffee House, Bistro & Bar. Despite these nearby dining options, we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's breakfast buffet, which featured a diverse selection of high-quality choices with northern Thai favours. Recommend

Property is nice and waterfront to the river. Pool swim up rooms very nice and the breakfast buffet was great. Also very close to the blue temple and has bikes you can use to visit the site or ride around town.
Great place, 5 min walking distance from blue temple and one of the best restaurants Chavit tamma Da. The hospitality is awesome, the staff help you with recommendations, scooter rent and anything you ask.
The staff is so kind and lovely, and the rooms were so clean. the area around the hotel is not the best but the good thing is that you are 5 minutes walking to the blue temple, you can take the bikes provided in the hotel to go around the area.
Amazing hotel very close to the Blue Temple. Room was big and very clean. Stuff was very friendly and helpful.
