There were tiny black worms crawling out the drain. Disgusting.
I really got what I pay for… Low price & Low quality. Do not recommend this hotel! Poor quality of amenities especially towels (very old and torn), pillows and bed are low quality and not comfortable, lots of dust in room, noisy at night, no sound proof wall and window, mold in bathroom and ceiling was left open which was scarred me. Not enough parking, lift is old and small. Only good things is location. I will never come back for sure.
Bathroom had black mould in the ceiling and the room smelled strongly of damp.
It was difficult to buy food and drink at the sametime.
Great quality for the price. Staffs are professional.
Mosquitoes in lobby
A single slow small elevator
Bathroom smelled like sewage
Slippery wood floor in presidential suite
Ants
Receptionists not very receptive
Only one key given, cash deposit required.
Nothing of interest in the vicinity.
Terrible breakfast that I had to pay extra for
NOT a modern hotel.
Nice clean affordable and modern.
Only complaint is the small coffee shop wont accept cash
Our stay was quite ok and in the end good value for money. The place seemed new/renovated and modern. The location was handy and the staff very friendly. Good value for money.
A few things that were not so good, were that there was no safety-security box (safe) in the room (surely that should be a basic), no tissues and note that the hotel is located on a busy/noisy road. Particularly our room was subject to some very noisy traffic at times.
Good price
I booked a presidential suite as I wanted to spread out and repack before heading back to the US. It was spacious and we had a wonderful view of the town shrine and the river. The windows were dirty, but they were openable for photos. The AC and shower worked well. Housekeeping was good, and the staff were helpful. But they would only give the two of us one key, there was no room safe, the deadbolt did not work on the room door, the fifth floor hallway floor was buckled and ugly, and the elevator was tiny. The night market was in walking distance, but not as great a market as I had been led to believe. Overall it was a good choice for price and what we wanted to do.
Was great.
Good value
Very strict time consuming check in check out - many forms and wait . The rooms are nice -wifi fast- cleaning good but the reception deals with you like immigration and don’t u dare to come before official check in time- no chance to pass the wardens.
.
The rooms were okay at this property. I upgraded to Deluxe room as the front desk told me that these rooms had kettles in them. I later found out that all the rooms had kettles in them. Definitely not worth the extra to upgrade as we ended up on the side of a very busy street. The traffic was noisy all night. Property did not have an extra pillows for use
It was a very pleasant stay friendly staff very helpful
It is what it is. Cheap modern and clean. No frills but ideal for those passing through.. 2 night stay but room wasn't cleaned and had to ask for toilet paper and water, and had to reuse towels.
Note: There are very few restaurants in the vicinity and no international/western ones at all. 7eleven nearby though
Close to night market
I have stayed in this hotel before, the rooms are excellent for the price. The hotel is a five minute walk to the Seatran office / pick up for the islands. A twenty minute walk, are the night market and bus station.
Both times I stayed in a superior premier room. The first time was fine, with a city view. However this second time my view was a wall, that was about two metres away, consequently the room was very dark. For a room that was sold as a superior premier, very disappointing.
