First of all, there is no pool at the hotel. When I booked it the photos said something else. So obviously this is a clear scam.
The bed is hard like a rock, mosquitos in the room, it was problem with the water in the bathroom and they dont take credit card as a payment. Also the room was very noisy.
With all this said I want the give a thanks to the staff there, they did what they could.

Where do I start. The pool was closed and has been for some time. The AC was not powerful to keep the room cool as I was on the 3 level. The bottom level or pool level is not available probably because no pool access. I was woken up in morning with motorbike alarms going off a pump pumping water to the Hotel and someone with a whistle directing traffic extremely loudly. For the price I paid it’s not great. Staff were doing the best and still had smiles on the faces. Thank you staff 😊
No one returning emails or answering the phone when hotels.com was trying to communicate with them.
Bathroom was not good. There is a bath tub inside but no cartain or glass. When you take shower water spills everywhere. I found small bugs in the room. Swiming pool was so dirty. Couldn’t use it.

This hotel call it self for a 4 star hotel. At most it is a 2 star hotel.

It is close to the seaside, the surrounding transportation is very convenient, and the hotel's massage and restaurant are very good and cheap. Beautiful swimming pool and courtyard, a very good experience
