Everything is new in the apartment, the pool was nice and not crowded,
I was given a second floor with a view to other buildings

Takes forever to get to a place by car.
This is a very new well appointed spacious 1 bed apartment. The reception staff very very friendly and went out of their way to help me many times, such as, when grap failed to turn up, organising transport to cancer hospital, 4 km away.
There is absolutely everything you could need, a good supply of rubbish bins, washing detergent, kitchen paper toilet paper and tissies. About 30 bottles of water provided for 1 week stay.
Room was serviced every 3 days.
I did not use pool or gym but good to have it there. The washing machine was also a tumble dryer. Good shower pressure. 2 powerful airconditioners well equiped kitchen bed comfotable.

Location is not close to monorail or other public transport. A taxi, grab or bolt is required to travel to major shopping centres or tourist attractions.Taxis are much cheaper than grab or bolt, but all 3 are hindered by Bangkok traffic, andI i would often wait 1 hr before grab arrived, even though Grab app indicated there was only a 10 min wait.Grab drivers repeatedly cancelled ( presumably a fare closer became available to them)..Although only 4 km to hospital, not a good location if you have set appointments there or elseswhere..
Hard to get air conditioners just r8ght, usually too cold, but it would be good in usual hot Bangk9k.
No dishwasher, but this is not unusual in Thailand.
The apartment is fantastic!
There is a big shopping center nearby.
The room was clean and comfortable. Strong water pressure in the shower. The gym and pool facilities were perfect. The staff were The staff was flexible and nice smile. It was a safe and quiet area. We will stay at this hotel again next year.

Room was spotless and had everything we needed. In a nice neighbourhood too! Took 25 minutes from the airport.
We loved everything about this place, it was clean, well decorated and the building staff was so smiley and kind.
