The service is amazing, rooms are top standard almost perfect. Gym good enough and pool nice. overall very happy with hotel, I probably priced about right

We stayed at Madi Paidi Bangkok, Autograph Collection in early December. While the hotel itself is stylish and generally pleasant, I’m leaving this review specifically to share feedback about a concierge-arranged service handled by the hotel, which significantly affected our stay.

During our stay, we worked directly with the hotel concierge to arrange a private long-tail boat experience for three people as part of our Bangkok visit. This activity was recommended, described, and coordinated by the hotel concierge.

We were explicitly told by the concierge that we could take the private boat “for as long as we want.” Based on that description, we reasonably expected a flexible 2–2.5 hour sunset and early evening river experience and agreed to proceed, trusting the hotel’s guidance.

What actually happened:
• We were repeatedly encouraged by the hotel to depart much earlier than planned.
• Upon arrival at the pier, we were informed the ride would last only one hour, with a strict cutoff before sunset.
• This limitation was never disclosed to us by the hotel concierge beforehand.
• As a result, the sunset and evening river experience we had been promised did not occur.

Had this information been communicated clearly by the concierge, we would have chosen a different option or declined the experience altogether. The issue here is not the external activity itself, but the lack of transparency and accuracy in how the hotel concierge presented and arranged the service.

We raised this concern directly with hotel management and later through Marriott channels, but no resolution was offered.

As a Marriott Bonvoy Lifetime Platinum Elite, this was disappointing. Concierge-arranged services are an area where guests rely heavily on the hotel’s knowledge and honesty, and in this case that trust was not upheld.

I’m sharing this feedback so future guests can make informed decisions and so the hotel can improve clarity and communication around concierge-arranged activities.

The team at Madi Paidi was wonderful. The hotel is well situated near at BTS stop as well great street food and shopping.

The Autograph Collection never disappoints.

We cannot recommend Madi Paidi in Bangkok enough! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and professionalism. Our hotel room left us speechless with the personalized greetings from the hotel team, stunning views of the city outside the windows, and a sleek and modern bathroom with a large bathtub and rain shower head. The attached restaurant, Ekkaluck, is a beautiful dining experience for both breakfast and dinner. The two nights we spent there had different snacks that accompanied our cocktails.

When we discovered that we had forgotten our phone in the car ride to the hotel, the team at the front desk jumped into action and reached out to the driver and ride share company immediately. Initial attempts proved fruitless but the team persisted and told us to rest assured that they would continue working on the matter until the phone was found. What could have been an unfortunate stain on our trip turned out to be a holiday miracle as the phone was found and returned to us the next day!

Our deepest thanks to Primrose, Ju, Eim, Kevin, Naomi, Doris, Sunshine, Andrea, Peem, Art and the rest of the staff we did not mention. We will definitely be back.

A charming hotel with wonderful rooms, breakfast, gym and service. One of our all time favorites! The location is quiet and interesting but also removed from the central sites. For us it was the ideal respite from the intensity of the city; if you want to walk to the sites you may not have the perfect experience that we did. Can’t say enough about the staff and service!!

Great service and super friendly, rooms are very nice and clean, breakfast and coffee as you would expect. Very helpful to arrange the taxi for you. Can recommend this hotel for everybody that wants rest for business and private stay.

Place is a little small and you dont get as much value as the other marriot chains. "Executive lounge" was lousy and overall not great value. Location is great on the other hand and staff are friendly. Thanks

Excellent hotel, lovely staff, solid food, great location in Thonglor. Gym is small but well outfitted. Shower/bath situation is one of the best I've had in Bangkok. Rooms are well air-conditioned and spacious enough.

My husband and I had such a fabulous 6-night stay in Madi Paidi Bangkok. I've stayed in many hotels in the world, but Madi Paidi Bangkok was one of the best ones. All staff members are very friendly and professional. They always tried to go above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Ekkaluck restaurant at the hotel is exceptional. We absolutely loved their food, and most importantly, all the restaurant staff were nothing but fantastic. They were very attentive and made us feel welcome every day.

Mi, I still cannot forget about the mocktail you professionally crafted, the best tasting one I've ever had! A glass of soda water with a lime every night was an example of how you always give extra attention to your guests.

Amazing newly beautifully renovated hotel with fantastic rooms and bathrooms. The rooms very contemporary and tidy. The staff specially Kevin and Thong were caring and assisted us with many sightseeing questions we had, and all with a smile. The food was fresh, good quality and plenty. This Marriott felt like home away from home. We will be back!

From the moment we pulled up to Madi Paidi in Bangkok, Art took care of us like family. He grabbed our bags right out of the car, brought everything inside, parked them for us, and even guided us to a spot to sit so we didn’t have to wait at the counter.

Then Doris stepped in and really elevated the experience. She greeted us with a warm smile, had welcome drinks brought over, confirmed our room was upgraded and decorated for our celebration, and personally guided us upstairs. On the way, she explained the meaning behind the hotel name—Madi meaning “a good/pleasant arrival,” literally “come good,” and Paidi meaning “go well / depart well / enjoy the journey,” like a warm “bon voyage.” She pointed out the décor, the design touches, and honestly made it feel like a full personal tour.

The room was incredible, and the service from the staff—especially Ekkaluck—was next-level. Attentive, friendly, and genuinely on point the entire time.

A+++ experience. Would absolutely stay again.

Our stay at this property was truly wonderful, beautiful boutique property, thanks to the exceptional team who made it unforgettable. Naomi, Doris, Kao, and Kin are such lovely people — attentive, caring, and always making sure we were comfortable. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, and we absolutely adored them. We would return to this property because of the amazing service provided by these incredible staff members.”

I stayed one night at Madi Paidi Bangkok, and the experience was truly memorable from beginning to end. Every staff member we met was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. This included the front desk team as well as the staff at Ekkaluck Restaurant, who made us feel welcomed the moment we arrived.

The hotel also surprised us with a thoughtful and playful gesture. In our room, they prepared a small gift for us, but we had to follow three clues hidden around the space in order to find it. It added a fun and personal element to our stay, and it showed how much attention they put into creating a meaningful guest experience.

I would also like to express special thanks to Doris at the front desk. After helping us check in, she kindly took the time to accompany us to our room and make sure we had everything we needed. Her warm attitude and professionalism left a very positive impression.

The Madi Padi Bangkok was such a great experience! The rooms are comfortable and well designed and have everything you need. What makes this property so strong however, is the quality of the staff. Each and every person working there is well trained and goes deep into true Thai hospitality. Special thanks to Kevin the Congierge he is the BEST so thoughful and knows the area completely so his dining suggestions are on point. Also the breakfast was so good and special thanks to Monet and Poppy for their care during my stay............

The room was very pleasant and the staff was very professional. Sunshine went above and beyond when planning our excursion which we were very happy with. The bartender made great Strawberry Daiquiris and the chef made great Tuna Sashimi!

This boutique Marriott hotel is amazing, mostly because of the staff. Every single one of them are is friendly, welcoming and go above and beyond. The young women in the restaurant/bar are delightful. They are always smiling, asking how you’re doing and seem genuinely interested. We stayed for 5 nights (for husband’s business) and by the 2nd morning, they knew our names and things we liked. One morning, my latte had my name written in it. My mimosa was always just like I liked it. The food is very good. The hotel is in a great location, just off the main road and right near a BTS station. I was able to easily navigate the area while my husband was working. Our room was smaller than some we’ve stayed in, but very comfortable with a great tub. The rooftop pool & gym are nice. The restaurant is very good and the bar is small, but inviting. The kind of place you’d like to have a drink, chat with the bartender and enjoy the music. My only complaint is that the lighting in the bathroom isn’t great for putting on makeup. My husband has business here and we’ll definitely stay at Madi Paidi again.

I would highly recommend staying here. Great location, great decor and last but not the least, fantastic staff! I would love to stay here again. Also, you get many perks as the loyalty member of Marriott. Thanks for the team to bring a great experience for my family!

Especially, the staff who were working at the check-in, hotel entrance, and breakfast restaurant were all nice. It was a warm hospitality that I had not felt at a very large resort in Hua Hin where I stayed just before. And the a la carte breakfast was really good, too.
The only downside is that the way into the hotel is too narrow for a five-star hotel and dangerous for family travelers

The hotel is lovely but the most exceptional part during my stay was the service. I would like to give an credit to Naomi who helped me to find my wallet when I lost it in the taxi, taking rounds of calls between taxi driver and even help me to negotiate a fair 'tips' to the taxi driver. Thank you for helping me out.
Also credit to the operation manager, Front Desk - Art (Man u won 4-2, I will buy you a drink next time when I revist！） and the rest of the F&B team. You guys turn this hotel to home!
