It’s not a 5 star hotel at all
Pros:

It’s described as a5 star hotel but it definitely wasn’t. It’s more like. 2-3 star at the most.
It’s very old inside, seems like it hasn’t updated since 80s. The bed was very hard and it felt like we were sleeping on a cardboard box.
Hotel.com should change the star rating more accurately. This was extremely misleading,

Complete Scam and Fake Reviews
Pros:

When I made my reservation the hotel was listed as a 5 star on the site I used, a written description that matched which also stated rooms as large soaking tubs and hundreds of positive online reviews. This is not even a 1 star hotel. I checked-in and stayed just long enough to take pictures. Of course their reservation was non-refundable. When preparing to write this review I was unable to find their written descriptions and online reviews on any sites so it appears that they change it.
