Excellent all round hard to fault.
Great hotel, very close to the airport, yet one could not hear the planes. The staff speaks good English and is very courteous.
Everything was brilliant. Especially the staff. And the bus to the Airport was a classy touch
I had a great stay at Bella Nara Naiyang Beach Hotel. The breakfast was definitely a highlight - a generous and varied selection that caters to all tastes, including Western, Thai, and Chinese options. A great way to start the day!
The staff were another standout. Incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming - they go out of their way to ensure your stay is enjoyable and comfortable. Their hospitality added a lot to the overall experience.
One thing I noticed was the guest demographic - during my stay, there seemed to be a large number of Serbian and Russian tourists. While this isn’t a reflection on the hotel itself, I personally found the general vibe among some of the other guests to be a bit cold, especially compared to the usual warmth you find from Thai people. It’s something to be aware of, but it didn’t impact my overall experience too much.
My only real complaint is the bed - it was quite hard. I’m not sure if this is a standard choice for the hotel, but a softer mattress would definitely improve comfort and sleep quality.
All in all, I had a very positive experience. The complimentary airport drop-off is a thoughtful and convenient touch, especially for early departures. I would recommend this hotel for its service, food, and location.
First time at Naiyang Beach, I Stayed at Kamala Beach last time. This beach is quieter and convenient to the airport. Has some great restaurants.
Everything was perfect. The only problem was, that we ordered a taxi for the next morning to bring us to the airport. The lady at the reception informed us about the price for the taxi. We agreed and she said the taxi will wait for us in the morning as requested. Big surprise then next morning. No taxi was there and we were not on the list of the ordered taxis as well. The staff then organized the Hotel minibus to bring us to the airport. So we arrived there more or less on time.
The room is beautiful, comfortable couch, beautiful bathroom, everything is new, it's private and you cannot hear the neighbors. Excellent buffet breakfast
This is a luxury resort near Phuket airport and close to Naiyang Beach. There are plenty of places to eat nearby but we chose the hotels restaurant for its air conditioned comfort and the meals were excellent along with the service. There are massage places and the beach accross the road. We highly recommend as an upmarket accommodation place near the airport for a short stay.

We only stayed here for one night but were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was fine the beach was lovely. The place reminded me of Thailand 20 yrs ago rustic. I did hear a lot of Russian holiday here.

Vi var så nöjda hade ett rum med pool access, jättefint rum med lyxig känsla. Fint gym, trevlig personal och bra läge. Funderar att avsluta vår resa här också då vi var så nöjda.
We had a lovely stay here. The property is close to the airport, yet you wouldn’t know it as it’s very quiet and free from the hustle and bustle.
Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - they even created a surprise birthday cake for my wife without either of us knowing!
