Very friendly and professional staff and the location is excellent. Short walking distances to all club beaches.

Clean and friendly staff

The staff believes in service 100% of the time. This was the most welcoming and friendly staff I’ve experienced in a long time. My every need was attended to. The breakfast was a ten out of ten with the views of the beach from the rooftop. The cleanliness of the room was top tier. Everything was a ten out of ten. The hotel laundry was a bit pricey so I did use the laundry place next door for a themed of the price. I just loved my stay there though and I would stay here again and again! I also loved the free shuttle to the night market! Very convenient! The food at the restaurant was amazing!!

ラグーナ・プーケット・マラソン2025参加のために宿泊しました。今回は初プーケットで単独での宿泊。最上階7階のレストランからの眺めも最高だし、6階のプールも海と一体になって最高。サウナ、ミストサウナ、アイスルームも気持ち良いです。

Very well presented hotel with all the comforts you could wish for with extremely helpful and polite staff.
Rooms are equipped with full kitchen area, full size fridge and freezer, hob, sink, etc. Comfy bed, decent sized bathroom. Wifi throughout with no issues.
Nice pool area. Restaurant nice enough for lunch or dinner, but we mostly opted to go out except on our first night when we arrived after 24hrs travelling. Plentiful, well stocked breakfast offering included.
Only downside to this hotel is the area itself as there is so much construction going on, and any pool time spent relaxing was disturbed by constant machinery and drilling noise from local construction sites.

Absolutely beautiful! I just picked it online because it looked nice but goodness! It exceeded my expectations. And the team there are so lovely and attentive and went out of their way to ensure I had the best experience while I stayed with them. And it's close to a lot of things in that area. I'll be back next time I'm in Phuket.

This hotel was amazing! The room was spacious and clean. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always helpful. The gym, sauna, and steam room were awesome. The food/drinks were extremely good and tasty. The ONLY negatives about the hotel is that although the food and drinks were extremely good….it was limited. Meaning the menu did not change. Also, although there is a lot of construction happening around the hotel which can’t be helped, it unfortunately does take away from the beautiful aesthetics of the hotel itself. Would I stay at this hotel again?…..ABSOLUTELY I WOULD 10/10

Nice, almost new hotel, good restaurant on 7. floor, comfortable large rooms, close to the see.
only minus is building constructions on 2 sites of the hotel.

Lovely staff, clean and beautiful room. The hotel has everything to offer. Only downside is building works right next door which ruin the view and can be noisy.

Stayed here for EDC Phuket. Walkable to the beach and edc venue. Great buffet breakfast and pool. Beautiful sunsets at rooftop pool. Will come again.
