Tienes todo lo que necesitas a tu alrededor, amplias habitaciones muy bien equipadas, las camas confortables puedes disfrutar de mejor calidad por unos cuantos euros , el Personal es amable y atento, el Gym top área de niños igualmente servicio de toallas a la playa y piscina que para mí es optimal .es un lugar cómodo y tranquilo

Balkongen var onödig, för varm att vistas på! Vårt rum mot berget hade skugga på eftermiddagen till fördel! Bra frukost! För mycket ryssar som störde och rökte o fimpade överallt!

Bathrooms a bit smelly in some.areas

Disappointing hotel - the location to the beach is good but the staff quite unhelpful (and I don't ask for a lot from a hotel) Asked to help us book a taxi to the airport and the reception tried to charge 800thb (double what the taxi actually cost when we took one from the airport) when I questioned it was told it was the hotel rate , they wouldn't take card and then finally accepted 650thb as that's what we had - just felt like the price was made up and the staff were taking advantage. Room itself felt quite cheaply put together and my balcony door didn't even lock
Finally on check out they make you sit around for 10 minutes while someone checks your room ...

Staff were amazing. I want to personally thank Marina, Golf, Manna, Parene, Earth, Dat, Anya, Penny and Dream. They were all so very helpful.

Our stay in Phuket couldn’t have ended on a better note! This was truly one of our best experiences. The staff were exceptional—especially Marina, who went above and beyond to ensure our room was ready earlier and even helped us get the best room available. The complimentary shuttle service was a fantastic bonus, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The property itself is immaculate, beautifully maintained, and the breakfast was outstanding. The sea was absolutely stunning, with some bigger waves that were so much fun to watch, along with a few surfers adding to the lively vibe. Overall, we had an incredible time and would gladly return in the future!

I liked that the property was close to a lot of dining options.

There is a lot of construction going on. The pictures showing roof-top pool or pool with swim-up bar, do not exist yet. All being built. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. We had the room with pool access which was nice, but it was the only pool on site, so not the privacy as expected.

공사중이라 시끄러웠고 큰차들이 주변 자재들 옮기는데 위험해보였어요. 조식은 맛이없었고 차가워서 더이상 먹지않았고요. 직원들의친절도는 훌륭합니다.

Dit is een hotel in aanbouw. Voorzieningen zijn er dus niet. Hotel ligt niet zo mooi en er is veel overlast.
Service is slecht. Je moet 10 minuten wachten bij uitchecken tot ze de kamer helemaal hebben gecheckt. Je moet extra betalen voor een ander kussen. Je krijgt geen extra kamersleutel als je met zn tweeën bent. Je moet 1000 baht borg cash betalen, kan niet met creditcard. Personeel is niet klantgericht. Komt waarschijnlijk door middelmatig management.
Harde bedden.
Wel zwembad maar geen bedden of zelfs voorzieningen om je spullen neer te leggen.
Ongezellig restaurant. Duur.

Everything is great except right now there is construction going on on the pool side of the hotel and the trash on the beach is really bad sometimes. The Thai people, the locals, and the boat and ship captains at sea need to do something about this trash problem. It is bad for everyone.
