Good
Pros:

Its a good location for us because its out of the really busy area, lots of good local food, 7-11, short walk or scooter to beach.
Downside is we had ground floor closest to road and outside sitting area where people are hanging out talking loud at all hours. Also the air conditioner outside unit was in our bathroom and sink area, its hot like an oven, very weird construction. We asked to move if another room was available and owner said he'd let us know but never got back to us.
