Smells nice

Really clean and staff are so friendly, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at!

Man, a real nice, modern, amazing location. Friendly staff, and knowledgeable. Extremely clean, rooms, elevator, front, hallways. I a veteran, so I know clean and in order. Security guard at night. Safe place. Felt like home. 204 has a nice street view. Smells good. 5 starts. Pleasantly suprised. No pests.

Never fails to amaze

Room 204 was Not as good as room 404 where I stayed in the past. A bit disappointed this time around.

Staff were excellent, def smaller rooms but good for one night.

Nice small quiet and nice location for everything we wanted to visit.

Close walk to Sam Yot MRT station. Great breakfast place few minutes walk away called Old Town Cafe' Bangkok. Smaller compact boutique hotel rooms. Nice little cafe in the lobby.

Clean, modern hotel within short walk to Grand Palace and MRT station. Very convenient location.

I enjoyed three nights stay at the lovely and Cozy hotel. The manger offered assistances and front desk staffs alway gave immediate help. Jane even gave me travel advices and App for Taxi. The hotel is walkable to many historical, religious and cultural sites. Such as Grand Palace, Wat Pho and 3 minutes away from the Royal Theatre. Actually your key folder is a mini Map of local attractions.

Great location and comfy room right near all the top hits of Bangkok. Even though it’s on a Main Street it’s quiet in the room. Very good AC to escape the heat.

I loved the three wheel motorcycle taxis, you could take, close to the river, kings home etc. The room is small though, my fellow spoiled Americans will complain. 🙁

The room was a little small but it was clean and comfortable. Staff was super friendly. The hotel is close enough to walk to the palace a few of the big temples nearby. I’d stay here again.

The room is a bit small, but honestly, ended up being really cozy. The weather in Bangkok was really hot and humid, and so the room was able to cool down quickly. The bed was super comfortable and the staff were very friendly and kind. The hotel is located within five minute walk of a train station, which is essential for getting around Bangkok.

it's clean and very close to the grand palace, I can walk to the beautiful sites. small but nice. the person is very nice and friendly. I stay here for 2nights.
And my earphone was left and they contacted me by email. that's very appreciated and glad I got it back. thanks a lot.
I will be here for my next trip to ＢＫＫ．

Excellent location

Hotel was very clean and suitable for a one night stay before flying home. The company wasn’t very helpful when needing airport transfers even when I had emailed them multiple times after they said they would provide us with a vehicle. Ended up having to get our own transportation.
