Hotel is beautiful, old building which makes a change from the modern skyscrapers in Bangkok.

Clean hotel, comfy bed, the staff are amazing, everyone including the security guards, so helpful.

We got an upgrade as the balcony was tiny so they moved us straight away so thank you for this.

Breakfast is adequate.

Didn't use the pools but the grounds were lovely with koi carp pools.

I knocked a point off because the area wasn't for us, the hotel is opposite abandoned buildings and definitely the area needs a lot of TLC which is a shame as the hotel cannot be faulted, also koh san road maybe suited to the younger generation as it's wild. I'm not as wild now as i was.

The rooms are lovely and spacious. Staff excellent. There are no food options on site but the Khao San Road is only 5/10 min walk so it’s easy to find food there.

Central to shops and restaurants. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They are accommodating and very respectful. Front staff is amazing!! Absolutely great service! Rooms are beautiful and new. HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

El hotel y su personal muy bien. En pleno centro de Bangkok, accesible a todo. Los alrededores terriblemente sucios, llenos de indigentes, de basura y prostitución.

All of the staff that worked at the hotel were lovely. Everyone who worked there was friendly and always kind and helpful and a pleasure to speak with. It's also a very smart place to stay because you are very near much of the sightseeing! You could walk to several close destinations as well for your needs such as 7-Eleven and places to eat.

The breakfast was great! They had such a great selection and it was a wonderful.

I only would call out that the beds are very hard. Some people love hard bed so if you like a hard bed this is the place for you. The bed was a little too hard for me, so I found it somewhat uncomfortable to sleep. Other than that it's a well located hotel with solid accommodations and a great staff!

Safe, greatly situated hotel with amazing amenities and awesome breakfast.
The only thing I did not like were the poor fish in closed tiny tanks in the dining area..that just seems cruel and the hotel should consider bigger tanks for them!

We had such a great time staying here! The staff were so nice and helpful! Clean rooms, good breakfast and close to the Grand Palace and other attractions. Easy to get a Grab or tuk tuk and go anywhere you need!

A great location from which to explore central Bangkok. The property is well looked after, a nice big room with a comfy bed. A dip in the pool was perfect after a day sightseeing. The staff looked after us really well. It was nice to have freshly cooked eggs at breakfast.

Staff very friendly, desk staff very capable and service oriented no matter time of day. Pool well maintained. Breakfast included had good variety and quality. Facility is overall very clean and secure. Would stay again and recommend!

Great hotel! Service was definitely the highlight, they open your car doors for you and carry your bags, never experienced service on this level. Hotel is in a great location, about a 20-minute walk (or short drive) from the major templates. We had a very late check in and late check out which they were able to accommodate with no issues. Breakfast spread is great as well. This was our first stay in Bangkok and the staff was helpful with sightseeing options too. Can't say enough great things about this hotel!

Väldigt fint hotell med bra service. Två negativa saker: det var mörk film på fönstren i frukostlokalen, kändes som man var hemma i Skandinavien på mörka vintern. Hotellet ligger på en liten gata som inte är upplyst, lite läskigt att gå hem sent på kvällen.

Great option close enough to the main temples (25 minute walk or 5 minute car ride) as well as walking distance to khao san road
