Pros:

Great location. Not too crowded. The staffs are very good.
Cleaness needs improvement. Lots of mold on bathtub. The floor is unclean. Hall way is very dark. Thai breakfast are good. Western breakfast needs improvement.

A bargain in Jomtien
Pros:

A great check in. Reception and had valet help with the bag. Very good breakfast buffet. 2 beds in the room. One bed no way I could sleep on it. The other is only OK. They may want to upgrade those to reach that 4* reating

Alleen de receprie en de 2 liften zijn nieuw. Kamer is ouwe zooi. Badkamer is vreselijk. Douchen moet je staan in het bad en is levensgevaarlijk.

Et nedslitt hotell, med mørkt og dystert interiør. Middels renhold. Flekker på veggene på badet. Malingen flasser i alle rom i familierom. Uhygienisk og slitt dusjforheng. Under middels frokost. Hyggelig bassengområde, hyggelige og serviceinnstilte ansatte.

Grei plassering på Jomtien. Ganske fint uteområde over gata med stort basseng. Få solstoler.
Dårlig reinhald på rommet.

Have stayed at several Hotels up and down Jomtien Beach and Coco Beach has been one of the nicer ones, Everything very clean and modern, Nice pool , breakfast was great, will stay there again

Pros:

Hotel was fine. I had to leave early because of family emergency. I paid at the hotel. They would not refund any money. Said see Expedia. I have left bookings early before where I paid at hotel and never a problem. Usually they would charge a small fee. You can be sure the hotel rented out the room and was double paid for the nights I left early. So disappointed.

A very nice hotel for the price what I did not like was there was only one staff member that I met that spoke English, which I found to be very surprising since the hotel is right across the street from a popular beach and many of their clients were English-speaking.

Not a lot of variety when it came to breakfast items.

While we did not expect a 4 or 5 star hotel, we would have liked a good 3 star hotel.
