Wost Hotel Stay
Pros:

My stay at Om Inn was terrible. I decided to stay at this hotel because it is near the BTS. I saw the rating and didn't think it would be bad. It was! Our room had no windows at all. There was a terrible smell in the room and even with the aircon on, the smell did not go away. There was no hot water and after we notfied the front desk, they sent someone to look at it. They did not fix it and blamed it on the water pressure. There were dead roaches in a corner of the room. Within 30 minutes of being in the room, I saw roaches crawling on the dresser. I notified the front desk and they came to the room and sprayed it with air deoderizer, not even bug spray. I booked 2 nights, so I decided to just stay. I avoided being in the room as much as I could.

Pros:

Don't let the price trick you into staying here. It is dirty, smelly, and roach infested. Only stay here if for some reason you need to be in this area and you are on a strict budget.

When I arrived the ground floor was filled with smoke. The desk clerk started taking photos of my reservation instead of taking my reservation number and photocopying my passport, which is normal.
They didn’t have my room available so they put me in another room that was really filthy. Blood stain on the pillow, wet floors, moldy bathroom, and smelled. They said they would move me to my room in two hours. It was 8pm when I arrived and I was already tired. I left.

There’s a 24 hours front desk help available. Employees tough are very friendly always help you and answer any questions, concerns and request just like a five star hotel property it is a little old. I noticed they doing some repairs and update but overall my room was very clean.. and for the prize that I pay for the room compared to other hotels, at the area is definitely a great deal Not to mention that you also get your private bathroom nice ac and clean towels, sheets, and pillows. I will choose the same hotel for my state next year when I return to Thailand. For the Bangkok area..
