Good but noisy
Pros:

Location is good. Facilities are all what you’d expect.

Cons:

Windows. Thinnest piece of glass or acrylic. I could hear everything going on outside and I’m sensitive to noise.

Ganz okay! Nicht wirklich eine Empfehlung
Pros:

Es sah auf den ersten Blick alles gut aus.
Frühstück war gut
Fitnessraum war sehr gut

Cons:

Die normalen Zimmer sind sehr klein und nicht wirklich 5Sterne Standard
Kleine Fenster
Wenn man aus dem Fenster schaut ist alles voll mit Vogelkot.
Ich empfehle ein Größeres Zimmer zu nehmen. Ich habe teuer ein Upgrade bezahlt

Great design, loved the bathrooms,
Pros:

Great breakfast.

Cons:

Pool next to the parking. Dinner restaurant too empty no atmosphere and expensive.
Street behind had a little too much prostitution.

Pros:

I left my portable speaker worth about £250 gbo in room and realised approximately three hours later. I then called customer support and they described the speak perfectly to me and then I received another call about 2 hours later advising the cleaner has taken the item and cannot be returned. You classify yourselves as a 5 start hotel so by no means is this acceptable if it were weeks or days I’d understand but 2-3 hours after I checked in isn’t the service I was expecting. I would be looking to make a complaint unless my speaker is returned to me via post or replaced at cost price to myself I’m appalled to be even writing this to a 5 start hotel!!
