Nice hotel, the bed was very comfortable, I was upgraded to a nice king room with bath tube that I really enjoyed. I only removed 1 star because of the restaurant but the hotel was great

My fifth time to Thailand the first time in this hotel and is the best. I stay there sep,27/30. For me I like the view of the city although the staff tried to upgrade my room for free but I requested a normal room for a better view. Staff are wonderful with the Thai smile as always. Rooms looks new with clean fresh smell to it, The break fast is all HALAL (حلال) chicken. I didn’t have time to visit other facilities but my room over looked a nice roof top swimming pool kind of medium sized. also the staff mentioned a rooftop fitness center open 24 hours. The hotel centred in a quiet street away from the noise but walking distance to shopping and night life. Perfect for families and solo travellers

Pros:

Good, clean hotel nice staff. Cheap. As in inexpensive and easy to get around the district you walk straight up the road take a left boom you’re at terminal 21. Take a right food as far as I can see it’s a good spot.

Nice hotel. Great buffet breakfast with lots of options. Staff was very nice. Check out was a bit slower than i would have liked, but if that was the worst of it, I'd say I did pretty well. The area is walkable and safe. I would have no problem staying there again.

Excellent hotel. Stayed here twice will stay again when I visit Thailand. Great location but quiet to. If you want to be near the nightlife but far enough away so you can sleep. Near good dining and shopping.

The staff was simply amazing starting with check in to Concierge service. Dinning was amazing especially the Australian Rib-eye!

Nice luxurious appearing Hotel. Breakfast buffest is very good. Convenient locations. Our room did not have a hair dryer, travel kit with toothbrush, skin lotion. I think that they normally stock these items but may have rushed to get the room ready. They were also very strict with Noon checkout with us.
