I wouldn’t recommend anyone this property!!! This property ruined my family’s vacation. We booked standard room with king bed, but we got separate twins bed instead when it was couples traveling , upon inquiring the receptionist regarding the bed, instead f helping he was being v rude about it and said its not available. The water boiler in the room was broken, when asked about it, they said they dont provide water boiler anymore.
Issue was raised to expedia too, but there was no help from them either. This is just pathetic!!!!!

-Le coffre fort à des touches défectueuse, j'ai eu peur de perdre mon passeport et de manquer mon vol .
-Pression d'eau du bidet trop forte.
-Les chambres auraient besoin d'un bon rafraichissement ...
-Présence de grille métallique devant les fenêtre, je me sentais comme un animal en cage ...

Quite a few hotels in this good area which some would be better run. No credit card facilities. Beware of charges ... not upfront. They even have a sticker on the room sign (Do Not Disturb/Please Make Up Room) stating 'Lost Fine 50 THB' but no notice about charging for bottled water. Just beware.

Walking distance to several malls for shopping as a tourist. Hotel’s location is perfect.Maintenance services for air condition and bathroom are so poor.Other than that I was so happy to stay there during my visit to Bangkok.
is a great place to stay. Near all shopping malls and food stalls. Staft are friendly and there is an inhouse spa massage. Glad was able to try authentic thai massage.
My room was dingy and dirty also in a dodgy area would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Booked for2 nights stayed 1

The property felt unsafe and there was no hot water for shower
The property is undergoing some Reno works. Furniture is dated. Bed is however comfortable and the 2 staff I met who are on night duty are helpful and friendly.. photo looks different from actual property. Need to lower your expectation ;p
Great location , very near with BTS station and APL station and also pratunam market also.
There’s also 7/11 infront of hotel.Nice clean,spacious room with balcony,love this.
