The air conditioner in my room kept shutting off frequently, making the room not cool enough. I first tried calling reception using the in-room phone, but no one answered. I then had to use my personal mobile phone, and it still took several attempts before someone picked up.

A staff member came to check and suggested changing rooms. However, since it was already past midnight, it was inconvenient for me to pack up, though I was fine with just moving to another bed. The staff refused, and I was left to sleep in an uncomfortably hot room.

The next morning at checkout, I informed the front desk about the incident, but there was no apology or acknowledgment.

This experience was extremely disappointing. Once is enough—I will not return to this hotel

酒店新，由Ratchathewi BTS站3号出口落樓梯轉左行2-3分鐘便到，非常方便，酒店附近有7-11，幾間按摩店，晚上還有街頭小炒及地道小食，房間整潔新淨，花灑出水夠熱，冷氣夠静，早餐好味，特別是泰式炒河粉好食，整體好，下次會再次入住。

The hotel is right out to a very busy street, and the windows/ door (we had a balcony) had almost no sound isolation. It was extremely noisy day and night, and combined with the very hard bed, meant we slept very little, even with ear plugs, so it was exhausting.
Everything else about the hotel is actually pretty good. So would definitely recommend if you are deaf.

The only good thing about the hotel is near to BTS. The rests would be considered as negative. There were road works/ constructions going on beside the hotel and roads full of traffics which this not only in the day but up to mid-night hours. The glass door of balcony and windows are not soundproof, and the noises of road work & traffics are too loud and this affects rest/ sleep throughout my stay. Not recommended in due consideration of the noise issues.

Room is clean. Location is good near BTS.
BUT......make sure to keep room and all in good condition.
They changed us 400 baht for a dirty towel that wasn't our fault and can't reason with them. That is bad. If it was our fault, we would be glad to pay for it...but they won't listen to our explanation. So we got charged for something we did not do. Management should be improved on this to keep customers coming back.
Samran Hotel on the same road few hundred meters away is older but have excellent customers courtesy and service.

房內隔音不足！鄰房雜音全部聽到！街外車聲清晰！我住三樓水壓正常！但冲涼水偶爾時熱時凍！

部屋は広く毎日清掃された。朝食がとても美味しかった。

Very cute, remodeled hotel. I enjoyed the one that I stayed here. My only complaint is that it’s right next to the highway and my room was facing it so it was somewhat loud.
