Pros:

This is an excellent place. The place seem to be brand new. The staff are extremely friendly. This will be my future place to go to every time I visit BKK.

Good room.
Pros:

Cosy room with friendly and helpful staff. Hotel looks new and has a lift.

Only gripes are that the beds are on the harder side, TV does not have smart capabilities, and the RFID keycard system which prevents you from putting in another card to leave the power on.
