Pros:

In the hotel (serviced apartment) the staff is visibly concerned about security. They are very concerned about the well-being of the guests. As you can see on the map, the serviced apartment is not far from Beach Road. Unfortunately, we only had one card for the room, so I had to ask at the counter very often for the staff to open the room for me. The water flow in the shower is not constantly hot, but frequently changed from hot to cold and vice versa. The beds were very good.
