Pouca disponibilidade de água no quarto, somente uma garrafa ao dia. Eles cobram a mais por ela se vc pedir no telefone. Por ser um hotel 5 estrelas isso deixou a desejar. Até porque ate em hotéis de categorias inferiores a água é disponibilizada sem custo. No mais tudo perfeito! O quarto de hotel mais escuro que ja fiquei em minha vida. Adorei! Recomendo a todos!
Absolute Top Lage!
Schlechte Zufahrt zum Hotel. Sehr schmale Strasse zum Hotel. Häufiges zurücksetzen und ausweichen unerlässlich.
Zufahrt und Lobby sehr klein und nüchtern gehalten.
Hotel in der Architektur und Ausstattung viel zu nüchtern. Keine Bilder oder Dekos im Hotel. Alles Ton in Ton gehalten.
Konzept vom Hotel schlecht umgesetzt.
Viel zu lange Gänge und Wege im Hotel.
Für ein 5 Sterne Haus bietet es zu wenig….

We have just stayed at the hotel and it was fabulous! We had some reservations as had read some reviews about the service not being good. But we had absolutely amazing service! All the staff were so polite and helpful with us. We are from the UK and found everything to be perfect. The room and facilities were fabulous. We had many spa treatments they had such an amazing selection with so many options. The lady on the spa desk was so very helpful. The breakfast was amazing with such good service. The views are unbelievable from the rooms, pools and restaurants. We will definitely be coming back.
Beliggenhed, personalet, morgenmaden og værelset var perfekt - virkelig et lækkert hotel.
Det eneste minus var maden i bar området. Bestilte en pasta ret med catch of the day. Fik tun !!!! skåret i mikroskopiske stykker a la babymad - helt uden smag. Sendte den retur
La vue, l’ambiance détendue style « wellness », le fait que l’hôtel ne semble jamais surchargé, l’excellent restaurant, hôtel neuf et très bien entretenu
On ne peut pas accéder aux villages à pied (il faut payer 25-30 euro par ride de taxi)
The hotel is tranquil, beautiful and very comfortable. The room was perfect. The service from the entire team - from the front desk through the cleaners, the spa therapists and the restaurant team was impeccable. We enjoyed our time tremendously in the hotel.
My only complaint is that I found the hotel not prepared for heatwaves well enough. The pools have no shaded areas, so after around 12 they get direct sun which was fierce while we were there; our only option was to go into the internal pool, which was nice but too humid (due to the heat). The second problem with the heat is the insistence on sitting outside. We had breakfasts outside and also a dinner. Going through a meal sweating is not a good experience. I appreciate the idea of sitting outside with the amazing panorama, but when it's 35 degrees outside it makes no sense. Fixing these two issues would have made our experience perfect.

Sinceramente stupita dall’aver dovuto restituire (unico hotel di lusso in cui mi sia accaduto!!!) la borsa di juta che usavamo per mettere il materiale della piscina. Pare sia a pagamento oppure la danno al cliente successivo (non capisco come possano igienizzarla visto il materiale e visto l’uso…). Sono rimasta senza parole quando la gentile receptionist mi ha fatto notare che dovevo ridarla…
Evidentemente si risparmia anche in questi posti di lusso! 😂 infatti per il viaggio ci hanno regalato 1/2 litro di acqua in due!!!
Rooms, pool and garden are very good.
The menu from pool and dinner were terrible. Since the hotel it is a 5 stars and since the breakfast are lovely, the hotel should do a better food and snacks for pool an dinner.
Cape of Senses is beautiful and well managed, but it is also rigid, sterile and remote. We are from California (my wife is Asian) and wanted to enjoy a relaxing spa resort on one of the italian lakes after a two month trip around the world. Initially, we thought we chose well, the views are awesome, the grounds are beautiful, the breakfasts are great and the service is good. We did notice our fellow guests were mostly speaking German and learned that many of the hotel clients come from Germany.
However, we had an incident our first dinner at the hotel which changes our assessment of the Cape of Senses. My wife crossed her legs under the table when we sat for dinner, but the restaurant manager asked her to un cross them because it is impolite at dinner. We thought that request was absurd so we said “no” and the restaurant manager insisted we leave. We did leave, directly to the front desk to complain, but the hotel manager is not on site so the staff was left to make light of the situation. While we were having that conversation an Asian couple approached complaining that same restaurant manager wouldnt let them eat in the air conditioned part of the restaurant which is adjacent to the exterior part where dinner was being served. The front desk couldnt help them either, but did remind them dinner can not be served in room or in the air conditioned bar area. Discriminating against Asians?
Now regarding the spa at Cape of Senses, it is basically a steam and sauna in the basement, and all self serve. Also, regarding “remote”, the hotel is 45 minutes from anything, and although they offer ebikes, the roads are twisting and narrow so very unsafe, leaving the only optiom to take their shuttle services which they offer for Euro 110, each way.
Given our experience and the numerous other beautiful resorts in the Italian lakes region, we would recommend youale plans to visit those instead of Cape of Senses, since they seem to cater only to German “senses”.
