We can highly recommend this stunning place
Pros:

What we loved most was the location overlooking Lake Garda. A stunning view that is impossible to get tired of. The other thing was the tranquility. Even though they said the hotel was fully booked, it never felt like it. There’s simply no such thing as crowded at this place.

I was hesitant about staying on the ground floor and would normally have looked for another option knowing that. But at this hotel, being on the ground floor was not a problem at all. We had exactly the privacy we wished for.

Last but not least, the food was absolutely outstanding, and that goes for both breakfast and dinner. We also loved taking the Vespa to a nearby restaurant and climbing the mountain hills on e-bikes, both of which could be rented for a small fee at the reception.

Cons:

I wish their shuttle service had been available for longer hours, especially in the evenings, as taxis were very difficult to get hold of and charged ridiculously high fares – €50 for a 10-minute one-way ride to the neighbouring village.

Frühstück könnte abwechslungsreicher sein;
Service teilweise unaufmerksam oder teils übergriffig (Teller aus der Hand genommen, auch wenn man verneint hat)
Keine Milch zum Kaffee im Zimmer
Service im Gartenbereich fast nicht vorhanden ( Geschirr wird nicht abgeräumt)
Gehäufte Missverständnisse mit dem Personal (z.B. Transfer nach Garda anstatt Torri; Fahrer fragte auch nicht nach, pancapes anstelle von Crêpes, Bootstouren schwierig zu organisieren)
Dinner Preis-Leistung nicht optimal (1 Karotte ca. 24,00 Euro);Filetsteak wird aufgeschnitten und damit kalt serviert

Pouca disponibilidade de água no quarto, somente uma garrafa ao dia. Eles cobram a mais por ela se vc pedir no telefone. Por ser um hotel 5 estrelas isso deixou a desejar. Até porque ate em hotéis de categorias inferiores a água é disponibilizada sem custo. No mais tudo perfeito! O quarto de hotel mais escuro que ja fiquei em minha vida. Adorei! Recomendo a todos!

Absolute Top Lage!

Cons:

Schlechte Zufahrt zum Hotel. Sehr schmale Strasse zum Hotel. Häufiges zurücksetzen und ausweichen unerlässlich.

Zufahrt und Lobby sehr klein und nüchtern gehalten.

Hotel in der Architektur und Ausstattung viel zu nüchtern. Keine Bilder oder Dekos im Hotel. Alles Ton in Ton gehalten.

Konzept vom Hotel schlecht umgesetzt.
Viel zu lange Gänge und Wege im Hotel.
Für ein 5 Sterne Haus bietet es zu wenig….

Hotelpersonal sehr nett, aber sehr distanziert….
Haupstsprache im Hotel grösstenteils englisch….

Küche beim Nachtessen und Frühstück recht gut.
Frühstück könnte abwechslungsreicher sein.

Das Hotel hat Potential. Mit einigen Änderungen könnte man viel erreichen.

Amazing service with stunning views
Pros:

We have just stayed at the hotel and it was fabulous! We had some reservations as had read some reviews about the service not being good. But we had absolutely amazing service! All the staff were so polite and helpful with us. We are from the UK and found everything to be perfect. The room and facilities were fabulous. We had many spa treatments they had such an amazing selection with so many options. The lady on the spa desk was so very helpful. The breakfast was amazing with such good service. The views are unbelievable from the rooms, pools and restaurants. We will definitely be coming back.

Skønt hotel hvis du skal helt ned i gear og i smukke omgivelser

Beliggenhed, personalet, morgenmaden og værelset var perfekt - virkelig et lækkert hotel.

Cons:

Det eneste minus var maden i bar området. Bestilte en pasta ret med catch of the day. Fik tun !!!! skåret i mikroskopiske stykker a la babymad - helt uden smag. Sendte den retur

La vue, l’ambiance détendue style « wellness », le fait que l’hôtel ne semble jamais surchargé, l’excellent restaurant, hôtel neuf et très bien entretenu

On ne peut pas accéder aux villages à pied (il faut payer 25-30 euro par ride de taxi)
