Einzige Mangel ist als Nichtraucher ein wenig stören wenn Leute am Pool rauchen ! Oder am Balkonen ! Weil der ganze Rauch von neben an Balkon hat in unserer Zimmer gezogen! Das war nicht so o toll !🫣

Calm and nice with beautiful lakeside view
Pros:

The location near the lake with direct access on the promenade made the stay very enjoyable. The room with a beautiful water view was spacious and well designed. The food at the restaurant was delicious.

Cons:

The breakfast was rich but a little bit less curated than other aspects, with some hits and misses. Example for a 5 star hotel the eggs and othwr breakfast staples could have been done fresh to order as a standard instead of having a separate menu’ for payable extras.

A beautiful location right next to the lakeside made it all worth it
Cons:

I had house keeping storm into my room on the Sunday and Monday of my stay without knocking. That was terrible

Staff 10 points !!!

Cons:

The pool was not working, they did not inform us that the pool would not be available. Breakfast from the menu costs extra. The breakfast is definitely not at the level of a 5-star hotel. The hotel did not even congratulate us on our birthday.

The hotel's location in Salò is absolutely perfect, offering beautiful views and easy access to everything.

Cons:

The disappointment began with our room, which was surprisingly tiny and cramped for a hotel in this category. The amenities were severely lacking for a luxury property; the outdoor pool was unheated, making it completely unusable during our early October stay. A basic standard like a nightly turndown service was also non-existent.
The breakfast was another major letdown. The buffet selection was incredibly limited, more akin to what you'd find at a 3-star hotel. They also charge extra for anything from the kitchen . We have never seen this at a 5-star establishment.
