Schön und exklusiv aber gefühllos.Die einzige sportliche Einrichtung das Schwimmbad erf

Die Lage ist hervorragend und das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut .

Cons:

Im Restaurant und der Bar ist zwar alles sehr schön und exklusiv,aber es fehlt die Seele.
Es kommt keine Stimmung auf ,es wirkt alles steril und abends sitzt kaum jemand an der Bar.
Der Pool ist Eiskalt und in der Übergangszeit nicht nutzbar.
In dieser Kategorie und bei dem Preis sollte der Pool ab Öffnung des Hotels wenigstens 24 Grad haben.
Am Anfang und Ende der Saison 27-28 grad.

Fabulous hotel and staff, would certainly recommend
Pros:

Staff were friendly, informative. Special hugs to Georgia who was so very helpful and had perfect English. Loved the room and all it had to offer. Beautiful view, very peaceful, lovely selection and breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing but a bottle of water on exit would be just the cherry on the cake

Cons:

Einzige Mangel ist als Nichtraucher ein wenig stören wenn Leute am Pool rauchen ! Oder am Balkonen ! Weil der ganze Rauch von neben an Balkon hat in unserer Zimmer gezogen! Das war nicht so o toll !🫣

Calm and nice with beautiful lakeside view
Pros:

The location near the lake with direct access on the promenade made the stay very enjoyable. The room with a beautiful water view was spacious and well designed. The food at the restaurant was delicious.

Cons:

The breakfast was rich but a little bit less curated than other aspects, with some hits and misses. Example for a 5 star hotel the eggs and othwr breakfast staples could have been done fresh to order as a standard instead of having a separate menu’ for payable extras.

A beautiful location right next to the lakeside made it all worth it
Cons:

I had house keeping storm into my room on the Sunday and Monday of my stay without knocking. That was terrible
