Cons:

La cucina non mi è parsa all'altezza della struttura: ho cenato in albergo, il cibo era delizioso e ben preparato ma non si posso impiegare 2 ore per antipasto, secondo e dessert.
Anche la colazione è buona ma per un 5 stelle L ci si aspetta qualcosa di più.

Una nota per l'impianto elettrico della camera: un po' complicato. Ho apprezzato il "minicorso" tenuto in sede di check-in, sono un tecnologo e non ho avuto difficoltà, ma immagino che persone con una formazione differente possano essere un po' spiazzate.

Leider hat es unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Sehr schade.
Pros:

Schönes kleines Hotel in sehr guter Lage außerhalb von Genua. Tolles Design aber leider auf Kosten der Funktion.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr klein trotz Premium Doppelzimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick. Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Badezimmer. Sehr hellhörig. Wir haben im Badezimmer die Gäste aus dem Nachbarzimmer gut verstanden. Erster Abend kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen. Leselicht am Bett funktionierte nicht, da Anreise an einem Sonntag konnte die Lampe nicht repariert werden. Auch am Folgetag wurde dieser Mangel nicht behoben. Wir sind wirklich sehr "pflegeleichte" Gäste, aber bei der Preiskategorie von über EUR 700,- / Nacht nicht zufriedenstellend (Parkplatz mit EUR 45,- kommt noch hinzu). Sehr schade. Natürlich auch schwer, wenn man zuvor in einem Hotel der Adler Gruppe Gast war.

Our stay at the Capitolo Riviera Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The location is fantastic—conveniently close to the train station, making it a breeze to explore the stunning Riviera.

The hotel itself is a modern gem, with sleek, beautifully designed architecture and impeccable landscaping that create a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere. Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed.

What truly set this hotel apart was the staff. They were incredibly helpful, warm, and went above and beyond to make our stay feel like home. A special shoutout to Simone, who was an absolute star! He organized a boat charter for us, which turned out to be the highlight of our trip—swimming in the crystal waters of Portofino and visiting the breathtaking sunken statue of Jesus of the Abyss was an unforgettable experience.

The hotel also impressed us with their attention to detail, even ensuring our electric car was fully charged and ready to go.

In an area where finding a high-quality hotel with exceptional service can be challenging, Capitolo Riviera is a true standout. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Highly, highly recommend this hidden gem.
