Beautiful oasis in Roma
Pros:

Literally everything! Stunning design, beautiful yet comfortable rooms, SO quiet and peaceful even though it’s in the center of everything in Rome, delicious breakfast, perfect bar/cocktails, really this hotel is beyond special.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was amazing.

Отличный отель в самом центре Рима. Вкусные завтраки и отличный сервис.

Cons:

Впервые столкнулись с такой проблемой, когда при уборке номера наши личные вещи, которые висели на стуле или лежали аккуратно сложенные на диване просто собирали и бросали в кучу в открытый чемодан. Это было каждый день. Кажется, уборщица просто не знает, как правильно убирать номер. Это было неприятно.

Good, not excellent, and very expensive.
Pros:

Rooms (suite) were super clean and spacious.

Cons:

Entrance staff and entrance area didn’t do the property justice. You don’t come close to feeling as you have paid that amount per night. Common area toilets were worn out.

After tipping staff along the way, you get presented with a 5% per room price per night suggested tip. Crazy.

מלון מפואר ויוקרתי. הצוות מעולה ועזר בכל בקשה. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מעולה וכללה בופה והזמנה מתפריט. המיניבר בחדר ללא הגבלה על המשקאות הלא אלכוהוליים. בנוסף, הספא במלון מדהים והגישה אליו חופשית לאורחי המלון. יש בו סאונה יבשה ורטובה ובריכה עם זרמים.

Great location and restaurant, but poor staff experience made it unpleasant and I wouldn’t return.
Pros:

The location is nice, very central and convenient. I also really enjoyed the restaurant, especially the breakfast.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the staff was disappointing, particularly one blonde lady at respiration was unprofessional, and lacked proper hospitality attitude. Her behavior disturbed my stay, and it felt like she needs more training in customer service.
