Struttura molto bella, nuova, elegante, accogliente. Una pulizia e igiene studiati nel particolare. Tutto di alto profilo, senza pero' avere la sensazione di essere in un posto anonimo, come a volte sono i Grand Hotel.. Tutti molto molto gentili e accoglienti. Ho anche cenato una sera al ristorante facendo un ottima esperienza. Piatti ricercarti, per chi vuole provare qualcosa di meno tradizionale. Anche qui molta molta cortesia e professionalita'. La struttura peraltro e' prossima alla via centrale di Lamezia Terme. Super consigliato.

An absolute gem
Pros:

Very well located to visit the city centre. Beautiful old palazzo which has been tastefully restored. The staff are very friendly – they, among other things, assisted me with finding a good place to park my car. Check in has been easy and the service at the bar was top notch. There is a small, but nonetheless impressively well equipped gym. The room was accessible by staircase only which wasn’t an issue for me. My room was very clean, modern and comfortable. Air conditioning was not too loud and worked perfectly. The bed was great – I was well rested in the morning. I felt very relaxed and at ease at this property.

Cons:

Water pressure in the shower was a bit low when turned to lower temperatures.

Un gioiello lametino
Pros:

La struttura è nel pieno centro della città, molto vicina a tutti i servizi. Il palazzo è molto elegante, di nuova ristrutturazione, ben curato e pulito. Le camere sono arredate con gran gusto.
Ilenia, la responsabile, è stata gentilissima sia nella fase pre - check in che durante il soggiorno.
Tutto il personale molto gentile.

Cons:

La colazione è poco varia, ma ci sono comunque tutte le cose essenziali. Inoltre, il palazzo ha l’ascensore solo dal piano 0 al piano 1, non è possibile raggiungere le camere con ascensore in quanto le stesse si trovano al piano 2.

Entspannend, wunderschön an einer Toplage
Pros:

Die Lage, das Zimmer, die Einrichtung und das Gebäude waren fantastisch. Die Antwortzeit der Mitarbeitenden war jeweils sehr schnell. Im Zimmer war es sehr ruhig, wir konnten sehr gut schlafen.

Cons:

Einziger Minuspunkt ist das eher knapp gehaltene Frühstück mit einer begrenzten Auswahl.
