Maravilloso alojamiento en el centro.
Pros:

Hotel Boutique muy nuevo y súper bien ubicado. El personal maravilloso con un trato familiar y profesional. Las habitaciones grandes y el baño nuevo.

Отель оставил очень приятное впечатление. Отличное расположение — удобно добираться до всех главных достопримечательностей. Персонал дружелюбный и приветливый.Есть парковка и услуга парковщика, а номер оказался удивительно просторным.

Cons:

Из небольших минусов — в номере чувствовался какой-то запах, а при открытом окне было довольно шумно.

Poor value for money — quite expensive for what it is. The bed and pillows weren’t comfortable, water leaked out during showers, and the sink was too small. The selection of shampoo and body wash was limited and not enough.

This place went above and beyond my expectations. The staff is incredible. They have coffee and breakfast in the morning and even called a car very early in the am for the airport and somoene was at the desk and provided a "to go" breakfast. It was truly something special. The staff is really great they even offered suggestions for shopping and food. The rooms are nice, especially for Florence where you can get an unsuspecting mix due to the old properties and the location is right in the middle of everything so can easily walk to the Duomo or all the historical sites. I 100% reccomend this hotel. Only thing to note is that the bath tub in my room was quite tall and someone on the shorter stature or with disabilities would have trouble getting in and out. Not sure if this was just my room or not, but definitely ask the staff in advance if concerned. Otherwise, 10/10 and will absolutely go back next time I am in florence.

“The quality did not match the price. The breakfast was of poor quality. The staff seemed tired and not very friendly. The only positive aspects of my stay were the location in relation to the city center, the historical setting, and the comfortable beds. Also, although the bathroom had a beautiful design, when taking a shower, the water spilled out and reached all the way to the bedroom. There were no common areas at all, only a cramped entrance.

L’accueil à notre arrivée par un réceptionniste qui a fait l’effort de nous parler en français , très sympathique, il nous a donné de nombreux conseils de visites , la prise en charge de notre véhicule devant l’hôtel . La chambre cosy et la literie ULTRA CONFORT !!! Le petit déjeuner exceptionnel !!!

Ci hanno detto che il check-out era alle 10:30 ero a farlo alle 10:40 e vogliamo vedere il tratto che ci ha dato il ragazzo alla recepcion arrabiato perche diceva che era alle 10. Mai piu torno e non consiglio questo posto, visto il suo prezzo ed ubicazione lontana dal centro.
