Tutto perfetto!
Pros:

Personale attento ed "accudente" , come tipico della Romagna . Struttura completamente rinnovata ed arredata con gusto e confort. Posizione impagabile sul lungomare ma adiacente al centro . Eccellente !

Absolutely beautiful hotel. The staff, the service, the decor was outstanding! The food was by far the best and most unique I've ever had. ❤ the staff was amazing in their assisting every customer every second.

Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt.
Das Personal war super nett – stets höflich, herzlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber fein. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit, sowohl im Hotel als auch am Strand. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist wirklich toll. Der Balkon war allerdings sehr klein – ein bisschen mehr Platz wäre schön gewesen.

Einziger Kritikpunkt: Im Inserat wurde mit einem Privatstrand geworben, allerdings mussten wir vor Ort trotzdem 35 € pro Tag für die Strandliegen bezahlen. Das kannten wir so nicht und fanden es etwas enttäuschend – deshalb gibt es leider einen Stern Abzug.

Insgesamt aber ein schöner Aufenthalt mit tollem Service.

Einfach toll. Wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel, super nettes und professionelles Personal (vor allem im Service). Das Frühstück sowie Abendessen sind sehr empfehlenswert und lecker. Das Hotel ist nah beim Strand aber auch nicht weit von der Innenstadt gelegen.

Hotel con encanto muy recomendable
Pros:

Hotel familiar hecho con un gusto exquisito. Esta enfrente de la playa y tienen un beach club que también es de ellos, excepcional. Me gusto mucho el personal desde las recepcionistas al personal del desayuno y la gente que limpia las habitaciones.

Cons:

No puedo tener ninguna queja. Solo diría que hubiese un interruptor en la habitación que cerrase todas las luces al lado de la cama para no levantarse por si te has dejado alguna abierta.

Best stop for after or pre cruise stay from Ravenna
Pros:

Great location. On beach front with lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Stunning hotel, food was exceptional. Service was fantastic and beds were so comfy like sleeping on clouds

Cons:

Wished I’d upgraded my room. Even though it was stunning. We didn’t have the best view. But I didn’t moan as wasn’t in room much. All rooms were stunning.
