Great choice for first time visitor to Bangkok
Pros:

Location Location Location, we could walk to everything we wanted to do for our short stay. And bonus points for the excellent food options near to hotel. Bed was firm but comfortable, street was quiet. Room was very small which is why I rated it a 4/5 not a 5. So glad a choose Phra Nakhon Postel.

Worth while stay and location
Pros:

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was large and comfortable. Some of the bathroom fixtures needed attended to. The shower handle to turn it on/off was falling off and the toilet seat needed tightened as it was quite wiggly.
But still overall a decent room and convenient location.

Pros:

We were incredibly surprised about how perfect this hostel was for our stay. We were a bit worried since it had no reviews, but the rooms were very new and comfortable. We were a group of 4 and it almost seemed like a small apartment, with a large room just for the shower and a separate toilet and 2 sinks. Only complaint are the pillows, which were rather uncomfortable. There were also no windows but that did bot bother since the room was tidy and cozy.
