A delightful experience with humane touch!
Pros:

Really loved the service - staff was extremely kind and prompt and helpful - esp Mr Kumar who ensured our stay was seamless, and also provided us useful tips on exploring places in Bangkok and other cities we were visiting. A thoroughly enjoyable experience on the whole.

Room itself adequate but they need to deal with maintenance issues.
Pros:

Room good size and clean.

Cons:

My first room had mold in the bathroom ceiling. Second room just above had a water leak in the bathroom.

Outside rooms very close to busy street with many loud motorcycles roaring by. I am a light sleeper and could not get a good nights rest.

About a 20 minute walk to Sukhumvit where is emsphere. No Tuk Tuk.

If a light sleeper ask for an inside room.

I informed multiple staff members about the mold and bathroom water leak.
