Disappointing Experience – Wouldn’t Recommend

We booked a city view room, but were placed on the lowest floor with no view at all. It was quite difficult to explain that the room we received didn’t match what we had booked, and instead of resolving the issue, they asked us to pay extra.

The room itself was in poor condition. The shower stall had visible mold and was honestly quite disgusting. Even worse, there was a persistent sewer smell coming from the bathroom that made the entire room unpleasant. Every time we entered, the odor was overwhelming.

Ultimately, we decided to check out early because the smell was unbearable even though they did not refund the leftover itinerary.
Definitely not the experience we expected.

Near the Bangna Mall! We were there to check out furniture at IKEA! And went to see the new TESLA model Y nearby! Nice pool on the Roof! But no shade from the Sun!

This is a good little hotel, and the rooftop pool is excellent. Bed is comfortable internet and air conditioning work great, and there are restaurants nearby.

Good property nice staff not the most convent area

Pool was always nice and quiet and room was lovely, big tv was a nice touch, quite far out from any attractions

Adequate accommodation in a quiet part of town. Good coffee shop on the premises. Centre of Bangkok via a short walk bus BTS ride - about 45 minutes.

Staff were very nice. Fairly short walk to the sky rail system. Rooms were good

Stay was good, property is nice, room was clean. Wish there was a shower curtain but not a deal-breaker. Great for couple night stays, has a mall close by, 7/11 and some street food. Train night market is not far and bts sky train is close. Wouldnt stay here if your plan is to go to the city everyday, about 1hr on the train and 30 40 min on the scooter depending on traffic and where you want to go. Overall friendly staff and clean hotel with a nice pool, great for layovers.

Pleasant stay

Not too many grab drivers available in the area. We were asked for a 1000 baht deposit cash only before checking in. I was never notified about the need to have this money available. The staff was not very helpful during check-in, but the room is okay. Shower works a but will let your bathroom all wet since there's no curtain or door. The room and the bed have decent size.

The hotel was very nice. Cleaning was done everyday. Check in and out was super every. The only thing is is that is it on the farther side of things. When getting around I would have to pay taxis for the toll fee because of the location. But otherwise really good!

Safe and clean

The staff here are like Family - ask for a guy named FAIR yes im serious. He has great English and and happlily checled my tired self in at 2am /-from a late flight.
As a solo female smoker, heading down to the smoking area Ifelt safe 24/7.
The Ranger aka onsite Security is lovely. No hassles, no angst. 5 star quality at el cheapo pricing. Go to the Pool area immediately you will be dazzled.
