Bellissima scoperta!
Pros:

Ho soggiornato solo per un giorno all’Hotel delle Rose e ne sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso. La struttura è bellissima, immersa nel verde e in un contesto molto tranquillo, ideale per rilassarsi. La colazione è ottima, ricca e curata, con prodotti freschi e gustosi. Bellissima piscina e soprattutto pulita. Lo staff si è dimostrato sempre attento e gentile, pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con il sorriso.
Un’ottima scoperta: ci tornerò sicuramente con la mia famiglia il prossimo anno!

La scarsa cortesia e professionalità del personale. Mi hanno cancellato la prenotazione di booking facendomi comunque pagare la commissione della prenotazione tramite questo sito. (loro invece non dovranno pagarla) ho dovuto richiedere più volte che mi venisse fatto lo scontrino/fattura e dopo averci parlato telefonicamente ho ricevuto erroneamente un messaggio che non doveva arrivare a me dove venivo offesa.

Propriétaire de chien , éviter cet hôtel .
Cons:

Nous n'avons pas apprécié la facture de 20€ pour un petit chien de 8 kg.
Cet hôtel devrait refuser les chiens s'ils n'aiment pas les animaux au lieu de demander 20€ pour la nuit.
Nous avons fait 15 hôtels pendant notre séjour dans les pouilles , c'est le seul a nous demander de payer pour un petit chien très propre.
je comprend qu'il rajoute jusqu'a 5 €, mais 20 € , c'est du routage de gueule .

Il est nécessaire de porter un bonnet de bain pour accéder à la piscine, nous n’étions pas prévenus, c’est rédhibitoire

Accoglienza e cortesia da elogiare
Pros:

A pochissimi minuti da rinomate località balneari e a breve distanza da importanti centri turistici del sud Salento. È una struttura accogliente, lo staff è eccezionale, di una gentilezza e disponibilità uniche in tutti i servizi offerti, impeccabili dall'accoglienza alla pulizia, dal bar alla piscina. Colazione con ampia scelta e soprattutto di qualità, le torte e le ciambelle erano ottime, la macedonia di frutta freschissima. La cortesia con i clienti in ogni momento della giornata ha reso la nostra vacanza indimenticabile presso questa struttura. A tutto lo staff vanno i complimenti più sinceri.
