Pros:

Poloha hotela super, veľmi blízko k pláži aj k verejnej. Všade obchodíky a reštaurácie.Na raňajkách boli vynikajúce pečené koláče, ktoré chválili členovia našej skupiny, mali sme 4 izby.

Cons:

Privítanie syna majiteľa, arogantný mladý muž aj počas pobytu sme ako skupina chceli láskavosť a nevyšiel v ústrety. Zvyšok personálu super. Výhrady mám aj k raňajkám pre 2 bezlepkových v skupine, pre bezlepkových tento hotel vôbec neodporúčam, nemali skoro nič na raňajky, prvé dni tam bolo musli a suchár v sáčku, potom ďalšie dni, len ten suchár, posledné dni uz nič, aj keď som upozornila personál, povedali, že mám si dať sólo, nedoplnili nič.1 druh syra, sálami a šunky . Koláčiky bez lepku nijaké, aj keď má hotel.uvedenú bezlepkovú stravu je to biedne - ako celiatik sa nenajete.Izba bola v celku mala, málo miesta od postele k skrini Max 50 cm, v tomto hoteli by potrebovali rekonštrukciu kúpeľni. To bolo najhoršie z celej izby. Chýbala chladnička na izbe, kanvica a poháre.V kúpeľni boli 2 plastové poháre. Sprcha je tak riesená, že buď vytopite izbu , alebo máte komplet všetko mokré, uteráky, toaletný papier, wc. Ešte tam bol aj kôš na smeti. My nie sme narocní, ale časť našej skupiny, bola veľmi sklamaná.

An experience less than average.
Pros:

The lady at the desk was kind and smiling.

Cons:

No beach included! Had to pay €30 to go lay on their beach 1 hour and a half!!!! No breakfast included which booking originally showed before I booked it. I had to pay another €5 for some tax or another when I got there at the desk!!!

Il fatto che al mio arrivo mi volevano far disdire la prenotazione con Booking per farla con loro, per usufruire di parco acquatico gratuitamente tra l'altro era nelle foto della prenotazione su biking e sembrava facesse parte della struttura un po' ingannevole, gestione pessima.

Pros:

Absolut nichts , kein Service absolut dreckige Zimmer überall Schimmel keine Handtücher total klein das täuscht auf den Fotos das Personal konnte kein Englisch keine Zimmer nebeneinander auf Anfrage , absolut laut bis in die Früh 3 Uhr absolut schrecklich zudem kamen offene Kabel aus der Wand !!!!!

Per le tre stelle dell’hotel e la posizione centrale, a malincuore devo dire che è stato un soggiorno deludente

Cons:

Nel complesso la struttura era poco curata, la camera non era adatta, per spazi, a tre persone e in generale non adatta per un bambino di due anni, nonostante in fase di prenotazione è stata segnalata la sua presenza. Il bagno in camera era praticamente inagibile per dimensioni partendo dalla sua porta di ingesso, box doccia inesistente c’era solo il doccino sopra il wc, quindi per fare la doccia ci si doveva posizionare tra il wc e il bidet. Scarsa pulizia generale della camera, con formiche nel bagno e lenzuola con odore discutibile.
Il parcheggio di pertinenza non era altro che una piccola area stretta e lunga di fianco all’hotel dove le macchine (massimo 3) venivano parcheggiate una dietro l’altra, nel caso il proprietario di un’auto vettura avesse avuto bisogno di uscire il proprietario dell’hotel provvedeva a spostare le altre auto, tutto questo risulta assurdo per il prezzo richiesto (15 euro al giorno).

Un soggiorno molto deludente. È il peggior hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato in Italia.

Cons:

Il problema più grave è stato il letto a castello: privo di sponde di protezione e di scala. Durante la notte nostra figlia è caduta dal letto. Al check-out ci è stato detto che le sponde erano disponibili, ma che dovevano essere richieste, nonostante la struttura fosse informata della presenza di due bambini piccoli. Trovo inaccettabile che la sicurezza di un letto destinato a bambini dipenda dal fatto che il cliente debba sapere di doverla richiedere.

Il bagno presentava inoltre condizioni igieniche e di manutenzione molto scarse: ampie macchie nere, evidenti segni di umidità, porta deteriorata e una perdita d’acqua dalla doccia che bagnava il pavimento. Per le condizioni del bagno abbiamo preferito non utilizzare la doccia.

La camera era molto piccola e poco curata, con mobili vecchi e tende sporche.

Velmi malé místnosti pro 5 ti člennou rodinu, koupelna katastrofa.

V blízkosti pláže.

Cons:

Byli jsme jako 5 ti členná rodina při cestě do Pompejí jen na jednu noc přespání. Nabízejí parkování, ale nezaručí Vám parkovací místo, když nám tedy se složitou domluvou místo uvolnili, nechali si klíče od auta, museli jsme si stále o ně říkat. Když jsme chtěli odjet, před námi stálo auto asi manažera hotelu, čekali jsme půl hodiny, než se nám přijde uhnout. Pokoj pro pětičlennou skupinu jsme dostali velmi malý, kde byla jedna manželská postel a palanda, mezi minimální ulička na průchod tak jednoho člověka. Koupelna byla spíš mini místnost snad tak 2 x 1 m kde bylo umyvadlo, hned vedle záchod a sprchová hlavice zabudovaná nad záchodem tak že vše teklo na sanitární techniku. Nějaká snaha o zdvořilostní slova jako je dobrý den, na shledanou zde neznají.
Domluva pouze italsky a nebo přes překladač.
