Pros:

Posizione ottima per chi ama il mare e la spiaggia, personale simpatico, gentilissimo, pronto ad esaudire ogni esigenza e addirittura ad anticipare richieste partucolari! Ideale per persone anziane e portatori di handicap. Il manager, poi, veramente straordinario: a lui un grazie speciale da parte del gruppo La pomarancia.

Cons:

La struttura è definitivamente obsoleta e nonostante gli sforzi del personale per tenerla operativa, non esattamente all'altezza delle aspettative. Peccato: con un buon investimento nella manutenzione e specialmente un arredamento più moderno
potrebbe diventare veramente fantastico.

I would make sure they return my passport
Pros:

Love the location near the ocean and the food and packages plus it was very clean and staff was warm

Cons:

They forgot to give me back my passport and I ran into many problems and incurred many problems, charges and expenses and wasted two days reporting my passport lost and problems with the American embassy and returning home
Staff was very inattentive to detail

Pros:

Close to the beach. Restaurant located at hotel. Giuseppe and Orazio at the front desk were very welcoming and personable. Vito working in the restaurant was very friendly and attentive.

Wonderful Location, good to stay there for couple of days

Wifi was not working at all,
Room bed was not that comfortable.
It was ok for two nights, I feel that Metoponto beach area is not that developed compared to Puglia
Breakfast can be tussle, if
You don’t come early to eat, may be you will not be able to find anything later on.

Pros:

Posizione dell hotel ottima vicinissima alla spiaggia. Camera arredamento un po vecchiotto, ma tutto sommato siamo stati bene. Abbiamo cenato in albergo ,che dire tutto buono ,menù completo dal primo alla frutta compreso le bevande. Abbiamo deciso di pranzare anche il giorno dopo. Un forte abbraccio al responsabile del ricevimento al sig. Giuseppe molto gentile. ( la spiaggia secondo me non si dovrebbe pagare )

Dove asciugare il costume?
Pros:

La posizione è molto buona e il personale è gentile ma la struttura è vecchia, fatiscente e la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare. Le stanze troppo piccole e prive di balcone o altra possibilità di stendere costumi e asciugamani.
